Background Story:

Luis was a third generation mobster who like his father, and his grandfather before him, was thrust into the life at a very young age. Partially due to his family's continued criminal ties to the mafia, he was quick to learn the in's and outs of the life along with his mother passing on what very little she knew about his father before his death, it was enough to get him recognized by the Las Vegas outfit who quickly welcomed him in. It was here he had decided to try and earn a reputation of his own, not just for the name he was given.

Unfortunately though since his Aunt's passing and his Father's, the Patangeli Crime Family has been without a leader for the past fifteen years, but the legal business still remained in his possession, the very thing his Grandfather had worked so hard for. Now, it was time for the company to turn its head in a new direction, away from the show business in Los Angeles, and away from the Crown and Cork whiskey distribution that still flowed from Philadelphia. It was time to get their hands in the new booming business.. Legal gambling. Vegas was the capital of gambling, prostitution, and lets not forget, drugs. It was the perfect home for him to start a new venture for the family.
