There is a speech elsewhere on these streets about what can be done about the apparently random killings of BGs.  Yes, BGs have been getting shot and no-one has been getting caught.  

That is clearly frustrating.

But what of the shooters?  How much goes in to getting a person and their gun to the stage where they can shoot a BG and get away with it?  Do they have to train?  They are dodging their own Boss (or are they) and they are dodging literally everyone else.

Can so many killings be done with no co-ordination?  Some people have had literally of their BGs killed - there must be some level of at least co-operation.

Will any stealth hitter's children come forward?

I don't see how this warranted your own speech, this very well goes hand in hand with what's being said by the others speech.

The other speech covered the victims of the shootings and what action the Gods can take.

This is an appeal for those shooting or their children to talk.

None the less. Why would anyones children be silly enough to come forward? There is no co-ordination required, its a very simple task and easy to get away with if your a patient person.

So you're asking those responsible to come out of the shadows and reveal themselves? That's absolutely ridiculous. They're playing the game of cloak and dagger, they live by stealth. Why would they come out here to explain themselves to you? The only way they'll explain themselves is by taking your trusty meathead at your side. Satisfied? No?

It's simple.

Their children might, simple.

Some disgruntled former members might, simple.

Some others might, who knows.

Simple.
