I know you won the war and what not, but is this really your call to make? Stating that all Vegas unsponsored are fair game is in direct contravention of a Godfather Council ruling. Is it your place to dispute that just yet?

I dont really think its in direct contravention to the ruling as it was a result from a war and Creep has decided that he dont want the unsponsered from Abduls crew.

Most protection lists are set up because of accidents ect.

No disrespect Creep, but the ruling of the Godfather Council regarding unsponsors supercedes your speech stating all unsponsored are 'fair game'

If you were the only crew in Vegas and was Godfather of that city, then you would be in a position to make such calls.

As you are not and aren't then the GF ruling on unsponsors should come into affect in this situation

Thats if a protection Order is put up so far i have received no mails stateing a protection order is inaffect.

there is no contradiction with the godfather counsel ruling the gf counsel ruling says how a protection order works if there is in fact a protection order it says nothing about 'protection orders will be thrust upon victors for the benefit of the vanquished despite the winner objecting'

or are you going to say that the gf counsel disobeyed the protection order rules when it wiped out detroit because it did it all in one big wave without considering that some of those 10-seconds-unsponsoreds were tagged

This poses an interesting question. Tags are usually to protect people from random shootings after a CL passed away. Creep seems to be implying that no current LV crew will accept any people with the home town LV due to the war.

Now, do those people have the right to look for a crew outside of LV? If the answer to this is "no", then we may as well accept Creeps statement that all LV unsponsored are fair game.

The problem there BitterSweetLife is that if any of those survived that joined another city & they had fired shots during the war either to kill or to protect their own then Creep would well within his rights to request they be killed.

Heh, and here was me thinking I would have to justify why we were going to take down Creep before he forced our hand in to rushing it.

Before I say anything, I will not take anything away from what Creep has achieved. I am actually impressed that he survived.

This statement right here is basically what it's all about. Las Vegas is an experiment city. It has not one leader but many and anyone who so wishes and has authorisation to do so can increase that number at any time until a Godfather is put in place. However, This doesn't seem to hit home with Creep. He consistently thought that he controlled the city. Be it from how long he has been a leader in Las Vegas or having the most members. In my book, that counts for shit. Equality and 'team player' was shouted to high heaven on numerous occasions and personally, I think that would work. But not with a man who automatically thinks he is in charge for what ever self righteous reasons. The quote above says it better than I could.

Since when does any one man control Las Vegas and have the authority to say that all these unsponsored members are fair game? Does he speak for XL? I'd like to think that I know he doesn't.

There are a number of other things that I won't go into as hey... We lost. Our reasoning would not hold face considering the fact. That said though, we have no regrets. How often is it these days in our little world that people take action when they feel wronged rather than putting up and shutting up? I am proud that we stood our ground even if now we are all in the ground. I am proud to have been apart of the 3 crews that stood up for a change.

I am man enough to admit though that mistakes where made and that Creep thought hard for his win. Congratulations.
