Kisuke woke to the sound of gun fire. That alone wasn't unusual in the slightest. Most mornings consisted of killing an invasion of TylerDurden and his lackies. Just another day... But something was different that day. Kisuke was smoking in the garden as usual, RedPanda still curled up with the cubs when JoeyDiaz ran in. "Kisuke, word from Ivy. We got to do some renovations to the shop! Oh, and she wants to talk to you urgently!" Puzzled, Kisuke puts down his pipe, grabs his cane and hat and makes his way to the Glitterazzi HQ. He heads up to Ivy's office and collapses onto the couch, looking to Ivy for the news "Kisuke, I know this is a bad time, but I need you to take over Pasadena. I need a fence I can rely on to keep the feds off the family’s back.” The words meant expanding the shop, Explaining Joey's comment, and probably dealing with more people. Kisuke took a breath to say something. Then, paused and instead stood up bowed his head before he made his way back to his shop. He had a lot of work to make the shop safe for others to reside. For sure renovations were needed and would be an all night job. The next morning, Joey greeted early, looking confused to find Kisuke looking deep in thought, instead of smoking. Kisuke looked up at Joey. "Were opening up shop the today. Not too sure how I'll feel about this place being more busy. It's going to be a busy day. So, Please make sure no one touches my hat..." Kisuke walked over to his hat stand, straightening it and closing the door to his office before walking to the front door and switched the sign to open. "Oh and did I mention I'm now the acting godfather of Pasadena?" |
