Carol had been finishing packing and saying her goodbyes to all of her friends and family in Detroit. She had tried to live a quiet life or as quiet as she could since coming to these shores in this life while continuing her medical practice, however as Carol knew all to well you don't get to pick and choose when you have to step up. She remembered the call with her oldest friend Petah from last night very well when he told her after the bloody war that had just ended with so many dead and homeless he needed someone he could rely on and trust to come out to Vegas and take over Summerlin with Petah's interests in mind. 

Carol made some calls to have her medical place of business set up before she got to Las Vegas which would be the front for her operations, she also had to reach out to some friends if she was to watch over Summerlin she knew she needed friends and people she can trust to be by her side. She made two quick calls to Adeline and Quintessence who she knew she could rely on to help her handle things with her. LongLeggedLarry being the gentleman and good friend to Carol and her family for a long time had arranged for transportation for Carol, Quintessence and of course all the supplies they would need in their new life in Vegas. 

Upon arrival Petah met the three women outside the new General Hospital where he handed Carol the keys before heading back to the Strip and leaving the three to start setting up their new base of operations.
