LongLeggedLarry vs TheBeast

Let's break it down.

Both are best known for their interactions with members of the Kuku lineage.  Both claimed that a Kuku owed them $80m.  TheBeast did recoup a few million dollars following a payment plan that the Kuku entered into with good faith, $500k a week.  Sadly, human life is cheap in this thing of ours.  Shockingly, TheBeast actually tried to kill the Kuku in question.

That's right - he tried to!

But he failed!  Just like Larry - he was inches from the Kuku, raised his gun and then BLAM! he shot himself instead of his target.

Thankfully, nobody witnessed either failed murder attempt.  Hang on, I'm being told that there were multiple witnesses to both failed attempts and that the wouldbe target generated huge publicity for both wack attempts.

So, both aren't really well-known for their own individual achievements - unless holding the world record for worst attended street speeches is considered an achievement.  But TheBeast was fairly well known for being conned into giving the Kuku $80m.  Larry gave the Kuku some information for which he was promised $80m, and incredibly tried to claim this money.

Is Larry descended from TheBeast?  Both are fixated on $80m, have terrible guns, and live(d) in the shadow of the famous Kuku lineage.

TheBeast became a laughing stock.  What will become of Larry? 

Is the mere mention of LongLeggedLarry enough to drive an audience from a speech?

I genuinely miss TheBeast.  He was earnest, and with a keen faith in humanity.
