You get off of the plane and step into the blazing noon sun.  The only thing that keeps dread from settling is the gentle breeze blowing in from the Delaware River.  Your teammates straggle off of the plane behind you and before you can gather your luggage you're greeted by a perky tourguide.  She smiles warmly and gathers you close for an important announcement. 

Welcome to the First Annual Mafia Returns Olympiad!  Prepare yourself for a week of events that will take you to your limits in every way possible, but the rewards are just as great as the challenges!  You'll need to rally your teams to get them hyped for each day, with a number of events that will play to everyone's strengths.  Teams are made up of a city's population, individuals are single persons.

JULY 26: OPENING CEREMONY/PARADE OF NATIONS

This is a role play event.  You may pick a "flag bearer" to post a singular RP or you may post a team effort RP. If you have any questions, contact Kittie.  This event will kick off the Olympiad and will last the weekend.  It will be tallied with other team events and go towards your team's overall medal count.  

ALL WEEK EVENT:  Flights and drugs will be counted all week for your team, fly as often as possible and earn points.  This event runs all week to give people a better chance in the case of piss poor drug prices. It also accounts for time zones. Only FULL LOADS count.  This event has been capped to a certain level in consideration of the median load capacity.

JULY 27, DAY 1: SHOOTING

You didn't think you'd be in Tyler Durden's hometown and not have to face him and his thugs did you?  On this day your team is going to have to shoot everything you see.  Durden's men, Marla Singer, Robert Paulson and Tyler himself will all need to fall. Taking out his fortifications and bodyguards will also count but not as much as a nice clean headshot.  There will be medals for individuals, gold silver and bronze, and points awarded to each of the winner's teams. 

JULY 28, DAY 2 & 3: VOLLEYBALL

The ball is in your court. No, literally!  A mysterious stranger lands in your city and you only have a few moments to shoot at him and get the package he's carrying. The longer the stranger is in your town, the more penalties you accrue.  You want this guy GONE!  This is a team event. the individual who shoots gets a drop, the team with the most shots gets points added to their week long total. 

JULY 30, DAY 4: ARCHERY

Oh no, it's those dirty Rogues!  This all day event will spawn rogues of every type throughout a 24 hours period. There will be individual medals for Gold, Silver and Bronze and each of the winner's points will go towards team rankings. 

JULY 31, DAY 5:  GYMNASTICS

You've broken out of jail, but have you ever broken in?  This event calls for you to be limber and lythe and to be able to fit in tight spaces. (That's what she said)  This is a double XP day, so get everyone on your team psyched up to join you as you get as many people broken out as possible! There will be individual medals, Gold, Silver and Bronze and points awarded towards your team total as well. 

AUGUST 1, DAY 6: TRIATHLON 

Now for the final day, this is a team event only, so make sure you have as many members of your city involved.  Besides the weeklong flights and drug dealing, you are going to want to hit up as many old ladies, post offices and banks as humanly possible.  That's right, today is all about petties, felonies and OCs.  

AUGUST 4, AWARDS CEREMONY: 

Because of the total number of events and nearly week long run, the awards will be tallied from the end of the event. The Awards Ceremony will be posted in the Streets with totals for each team and over all Gold, Silver and Bronze winners in each event and city totals overall.  Actual awards will come later in the week. 

More information will be posted before each event for clarity, all totals will be posted at the end of the week. 

UPDATE: Only flying from your city to another city will count.  Inter-city flights will not count.  Full points will be awarded for a flight to a fully different city each time, partial points for flying back and forth between the same two cities.
