"Really?" Insanity had stood in front of Petah, Noodle, Luis, Makima, Adeline, and Savannah as they all had the collective shock of his ideas board for what would be the greatest event in the city's history.

"Okay, look, I admit, it's not the best effort but I worked with what I had.." Insanity tried his best to explain himself when his boss and his right-hand had each shared a look before palming their faces heavily. 

"What did you have? Scraps?" Petah, the big man who had foisted this on Insanity, simply looked at the stage and then the array of musicians that had decorated the stage was obvious as to why they were there.

"I had what you gave me! Nothing! I had to purchase this from Fat Rick and that entire weird Smith family! They luckily got me the Fat Cats who will make me a star..." Again, delusion had settled in the man's mind when the entirety of Vegas' great committee looked at him with something close to horror. 

"You mean us, right?" They had all asked when the band had suddenly started their song. They had quickly strummed up their tune, that had been quickly joined by Insanity, who raised the flag of Las Vegas!

"No. I mean me, I'll see ya! It's time to make sure the world knows of LAS VEGAS! THE OPPAI CITY!"

Petah had blinked once, then twice, then a final third time before glaring over to Luis. "This is your fault."

We're leaving together, but still, it's farewell
And maybe, we'll come back to Earth, who can tell?

"And here we are with the opening ceremony as Las Vegas Community Committee member, Insanity runs his way down and wait, is that... is that a flag of boobs!?"

Dressed in black and white shorts with a too tight tank top as the Las Vegas flag bearer had started to rush down his path with an impressive set of long legs as he raised his arms in the air. Waving the flag with such strength that he looked like a pillar of strength. 

"Why, I think it is and there is the Las Vegas flag bearer. Many people have wondered if we would even see an insane man with an alleged love of Oppai come out here but here we have Insanity, a true member of the Las Vegas community showing out with a band backing him up. Las Vegas should consider themselves lucky to have a pillar of meaning like Insanity!"

The cheers continued and the favoured community of Las Vegas had showed themselves out with many shedding tears at their impressve flag bearer. The one, the only, Insanity!

His flag had been stuck in the ground with a pair of Oppai suddenly bursting into the sky with fireworks that lit up the night sky with nothing but pure pride on the hero of Vegas' face.

He'd done it, he had made sure that he became famous...

Now if only Petah would trust him to make Oreos a city-wide necessity to live in their state...

Las Vegas was ready!
