Because of some technical issues, this event started late, and thus, will run an additional day.  Other events have been pushed back a day to accommodate this.

The ball is in your court. No, literally!  A mysterious stranger lands in your city and you only have a few moments to shoot at him and get the package he's carrying. The longer the stranger is in your town, the more penalties you accrue.  You want this guy GONE!  This is a team event. the individual who shoots gets a drop, the team with the most shots gets points added to their week long total. 

You can shoot every 5 minutes.

A shot from the right location will use your volleyball timer, as well as move the Volleyball to a new location and score you a prize,

A shot from the wrong location will miss, as well as using your volleyball timer.

An upper will always have the info to see if the volleyball is in their locale.

Someone with decent info will be able to see if the volleyball is in their locale.

You can shoot at the Volleyball from anywhere outside of your home, no matter where you are, you will never send the ball back to your home city.

The volleyball will travel randomly if it sits untouched for too long.
