For those who are new to this - Container crews are temporary admin authed crews that are set up to provide housing for members, with a strong encouragement that existing crews place a member in a/some/all container crews so that they can work with, educate, and then transition members into their own family.

Container crews will stay bold until the following conditions are met:

We have 24/7 job coverage 98% of the time for 2 consecutive weeks.

We have no more than 1 no-contact per crew, per day, for 2 consecutive weeks.

On a side note, this war is the last time we are utilizing this form of container crews.

For future situations that require more auths, its will be on full auto pilot, sending out invitations to people randomly that meet a specialized criteria to be authed as a Mayor Crew, it will continue trickling out offers until the site is out of rebuild.  The criteria utilized is based on the situation, for example, not having enough crews yields different results than not having active sponsors, which yields different results than having active sponsors not toggled on (and so on).  More information will be given when the feature is ready.  Checks and balances will be put in to ensure that users will not be using rebuild mode to alter the outcome of a war or to further propagate an agenda.
