What does this mean?  Is it all over?  Was it all a lie?

I would love to see more competition in these writing contests. Unfortunately, I think people don't believe there will be a proper competition. It would be great to revitalise the streets and writing community. 

I am by no means a good story teller but I would enjoy the opportunity to mix stories and improvise with other people here, should there be some decent level of interest and involvement.
