This site needs a serious shake up from stagnation. Stagnation reeks bigtime. Stagnation is killing this thing of ours. Stagnation is going against the success(s) Izzy and his team worked tirelessly to achieve. 

I am truly not into hurting anyone's feelings. Nevertheless, I am guilty. I can use the excuse I was insulted and used. But two wrongs do make it right. I can say I have never used my gun to get revenge. My next character has always been a new start. When I bring Isabella out the closet it has nothing to do with any of you. When I announce I am the mother of Isabella, I am holding my head and being transparent. When I let anyone know which I have numerous times I am related to Isabella, I do so with pride. Isabella never did anything a vet would not do. Which leads me to my next topic at hand. 

As all know I am on a container crew. I arrived a week ago. I must say hands down this crew is old school and what a bunch of great people. They remind me of old times. They remind me of the crews I led. Extremely active where all wyes can see how active. Where the Gawd of this thing can see the same. 

There was a time in this world where all crews were active on these shores. Even when a CL and hands were situated with their guns and BG's. Then they would make certain their crew (hitters) was taken care of ect. I am not discarding this may very well be happening as I speak. But we have one problem. Majority of the crews are lacking workers. The GF crews I am going to take out the equation. There are just way too many GF's and this has been raised many times. 

This site is not my life. This site has been an avenue for me when I could not do anything else in my life. This site allows me to be someone I am not. This site allows me to let my hair down in trying times in my real life. Originally, upon my arrival I was a bad ass Don on another site going up against entire the entire user base. I RP"d that shit so good ADMIN backed off. 

Mercury lured me here. May she be resting in peace. :( I loved her so much) Like her or not, very sad many here at the time of her dying said jack shit. She assisted in the growth of this community. Shame on those who knew that and too much of a coward to speak up.  She was the wisest/generous person I knew in gaming. Anyhow, she was my UB elsewhere when she lured me here. We were in a massive war against the entire site. We had a 7-man crew. Four were not allowed to play (purges) And we took them on, and it worked out beautifully. They respected my rules. We ended up owning EVERTHING and in complete control fair and square. Communication is the ticket with a crew/individual. A lesson that needs to revive here. The purged were the most loyal ones. They were taught to play their character and taught there is a time and place. 

Back then everyone knew a war was brewing here. I was like "Ugh" but I came anyway. So much damn reading that I told her to give me a synopsis. But you know what was really great? She taught me how it rolls in here. Shen taught me what many did not teach noobs. 

This leads me to my next topic at hand. Recruiting is fresh faces has fallen by the wayside. when you recruit so not hold back on all the teachings. The way things stand with this crap going on now (stagnation) you are inviting and welcoming your demise. This would be defined as rogue. Now unless you are alright with being killed easily like Spike carry on your ways. Personally, speaking it is quite the bore. (You's be surprised how many agree) Which equates stagnation. 

The above leads me to my next topic at hand. A survey needs to be sent to the entire user base here or not. And I have the perfect questions for the survey.  And I welcome more. This would indeed be an interesting survey. Nevertheless, if taken implemented and taken seriously, it would shake up the stagnation. 

I am pretty damn good at shaking things up. I have led very active crews, and I give credit to my determination/skills and all else involved in my life as a Cl or even a RH. It takes a special person tom achieve such. And I see a bunch of hand holding which is the cause of stagnation. 

I hope this has not fallen on deaf ears! Everyone can play a part on bringing back the thrill!

We are in far more stagnation mode than I estimated. Usually by now I would have received more of a positive response. Even with the low activity on now. Shame on you for killing what was a good thing. Hopefully I achieve something out of your mess. 

As someone who only recently returned after a near two decade break, I really need a breakdown on this stuff. 

I do agree there are too many Godfathers, we should max out at 5. I do agree there are too many leaders and not enough workers, if I look at the current members online list it looks like more bold/italic than standard font. 

But I feel like I'm completely missing all the between the lines stuff across your two posts.
