"And one day she discovered that she was fierce and strong and full of fire, and that not even she could herself back because her passion burned brighter than her fears". 

It took approximately a year to sober up and build the courage to find work. 

She was currently hired as a house cleaner. Just odd jobs here and there, which did not rack up much money but at least now she could feed herself proper, nutritious food. One night after an exhausting shift, she arrived back at her run-down apartment, which overlooked a busy city view. As she sat at the lonesome coffee table in the middle of her crowded kitchen, she felt her mind getting heavy. 

She had enough of this feeling every night. Like no matter what she did, it wasn't enough. Maybe there was a way instead of working hard, that she should work smarter while making more money than what she was earning now. 

Once upon a time there was a man who trusted and believed in her. Obviously it didn't come easy getting him to warm up to her, but she was holding on to her hard work ethic and unfortunately for everyone else she was a people pleaser.

Anxious energy circulated through her body as she entered through the double doors of the headquarters of The Talon Circle. She knew who she was going to meet and what she planned to say, but at the same time she felt like turning around and never looking back. However, if she didn't land this job it might be for a good thing. Like some kind of rejection therapy for her. Luna's breathing was shakier than she wanted it to be, but she finally knocked on the door of Tupac. 

She looked at him with smiling eyes. "Hi, I'm here for a work opportunity? I saw a work poster in the streets and thought … I could show you what I'm made of." A shade of confidence coloured her voice to show that she was keen to start.

Tupac watched as the young woman approached his office. He smiled as he noticed her ambitious mentality. Her focus on finding the right crew and to make a mark on this world could not be ignored. 

I imagine you know who we are. What we are about. Luna it is important you know too that this crew, The Talon Circle led by Crow is not an average crew. We are young and vibrant but really, it’s what you choose to make of it. If you invest yourself in the likes of some of our members you will undoubtedly find that whatever you give is what you will get from this life.

Tupac stands up and approaches Luna. He extends an envelope of cash toward her and proceeds to usher her out of the door. 

I would like to introduce you to both Hayley and Crow. Their leadership is something I admire and I hope you will come to as well. Tell me Luna, as we walk to the others, what are your hopes and aspirations for this life?

Tupac and Luna ascend to the upper room to find both Crow and Hayley who were no doubt plotting some organized crime. 

Despite the fact that Tupac probably had spoken to so many potential recruits before, she was feeling positive about her approach. The one thing she kept telling herself was to be very open-minded and show that she was ready to learn all the ways of their crew. She raised her brows surprisingly when she was handed a bunch of cash in a closed envelope. While she was extremely grateful, she was also completely taken aback as she had not seen that much money all at once in a very long time. 

"Thank you so much for this," Luna responded in a thankful manner. She spoke with Tupac as they started to walk to the upper room.

"Yes, I also agree that whatever I will put into the universe and this life will come back to me. I know that I don't have much experience in this thing of ours, but... I want you to know that I am ready to become a perfect associate. As for my hopes and aspirations, just to continue the success of this crew and help out wherever I can. I honestly don't mind just being behind the scenes, but also if you want me to pop my shit and show off a little I'll do that too." She shrugged sassily and laughed a little. 

As they reached the top of the stairs, she found herself facing a man suited in rich-looking clothes and a gorgeous woman by his side. The woman seemed to be thinking hard about something while they were both looking down at a set of documents. Luna said hello to them and shook their hands, smiling warmly.

"Hi Hayley and Crow." 

Tupac walked into his office early in the morning.. it wasn't unlike him to come barging in unannounced at all hours of the day and night.. it was his job anyway.. this morning, he caught him slightly off guard.. being the complete dead of the night really, he was half naked with just his pair of socks on sitting at his desk having a smoke.. his right hand must have taken the light being on as a sign that he was here to work.. but in reality, he fell asleep on the couch and had to de clothe himself because the heat last night in Vegas was just unbearable.

With nothing but the plume of smoke overhead in the light bulb, he froze and was a bit bewildered as a woman followed close behind him.

"Aye boss we got a new- dam son what's going on in here? Why you down to your non skivvies"

"Well, a man was just trying to have a quick smoke this morning.. what is it-"

He could get the sense of what was going on, this woman behind him was a new recruit. He asked them to wait outside a moment with the door shut before re entering.. this time, Crow at least had his underwear on now with his tank top as he called them back in.

"Alright, well, lets start this over.. welcome in to the Talon Circle.. Tupac mentioned a new recruit but I wasn't expecting him to come barging in so early around here.. anyways, anything you may need don't hesitate to let me know and I'll do my best to get you accomodated!"
