Has anyone played this game? What are the details, good bad? Thinking about getting it but need to get an idea of worth first!

If anyone could tell us how good or bad the game is, please do, so I know if I should get it as well

I've played it, and I've found its pretty fun. I really enjoy all the customization that you are able to use on your character, and the interaction with other players during missions is also fun and rewarding. The space battles are pretty awesome too ;)

I play it and I have to say from a star wars fans point of view it is amazing. graphically it looks great, okay it could look better considering some games on the market today but it still looks awesome.

As for game play itself for me it blows the likes of WOW out of the water, having an actual lightsaber battle where you block and parry with proper animations is awesome. The quest are easy enough to follow and just enough of a challenge to not feel massively OP'd.

Then there is the story line itself, now I have a sith warrior (tank) a gunslinger (dps) and another sith (not sure if i'll go dps or healer with this one) while the starter quests are the same the actually back story of the npc's that you encounter are part of what makes the scene. Don't think WOW or Guild wars with text and a button to accept or refuse, this is actually interaction with full conversations and with this being star wars you can accept a quest but it might not be a simple yes, some are a dark side yes while it has a counter light side yes. Currently my tank may be sith but all their actions fall towards the lightside, where my other sith is pure darkside.

What I'd suggest is get it and give it a try, you get a month free to play it and if you don't like it after that just don't put anytime in.

Oh and just one other thing I'll say the space ship you get as a sith warrior it's just outstanding I was actually in awe when I first got it.
