The wind has been wuthering around these parts, and dusty grey green leaves are finally beginning to change. The older folks are lighting fires anytime the temperature dips below 60ºf and eventually, the hot sunny days will fade into grey.  But before the change in season and time there is a thinning of the veil.  Ghosts and ghouls come closer to our world and we all have various ways of welcoming or banishing them! 

1. You may write about Halloween (All Hallow's Eve), All Saints Day (Nov 1) Dia Day Los Meurtos (Nov 2)

2. Your story may be funny or serious, there is no tone policing here. 

3. Your story needs to be 500 words or more.  I will be checking for AI. 

4. Please no parodies or stolen ideas. (i.e. no copyrighted characters like Jason, Freddie etc)

5. Spell check and grammar check are lifesavers. Use them.
