Blowed steps off the plane in the good city of Los Angeles, and sees that there has been many changes to the game. "Charge it" He says as he makes his way down the block. He approaches the LIQ and enters. 

"A fifth of that cognac and a box of blunts please." Blowed says as he keeps his head on a swivel checking his surroundings . The tender could tell by his presence that he was not as new as he looked in this, but maybe a little rusty. The tender passes Blowed his items as he looks with a slight  hesitation. "My name is LaFlex, and I may be able to help you out. Looks like your about making moves, and I know a few crews that could get you going out here."  He says as he lights his cigarette and takes a drag. "what are you looking for exactly"? Blowed takes a drag of his cigarette before he responds. "I'm looking for something active enough to keep me engaged. I remember when that was a thing."  Blowed says as he picks his items up and makes his way outside. 

Clinton... takes notice of the new stranger and watches diligently from across the shady dark street further back and pays attention to what the tender was wording out.. Couldn't hear them talk .. but as Clinton knows in the dark world of Shadiness you don't speak too much; gets you killed.

* couple of a few quick strides Clinton makes his way to the tender... " Shhh .. too much too soon, don't get too easy with that mouth" as few quick adjustments of Clinton's overcoat to make sure his gun was being shown, Tender completely understood ..." Capiche ?!" Clinton says and a quick nod follows no hesitation. However again he peers and asks " You seem familiar as well ? you do .." Clinton looks one more time at the schlub ...nothing was said *

Minutes pass .. but a lone echo throughout the street rung hard..the cold hard steel of the rules of Clinton was measured up...

Badger came through the streets licking the cobra juice off of his lips.  It had been 2 days and only one other person had come to see the little baby mafioso.

"Not much to see here in the streets, Blowed . Perhaps if you hopped in a cab and took a trip over to Whatsapp Avenue or Discord Lane - you might find a level of engagement appropriate for your tastes.  I do wish you good luck!!"

Badger carried off to continue his daily business.
