Essentially this. The game is so much in need of player interaction, what if experience, even if small, was able to be gained through the mobmail? I would personally be a fan and love to see my units exceed the great heights. 

I believe messaging requires more effort and work than jail pushing. Both have a click of a button which is nice although one is mindless and the other requires some level of effort in responding or starting a conversation.

I understand where you are going with this, I'm actually AMAZED for how long this game has been out you'd think a structure of txt and messaging formats ya why wouldn't go directly for experience points ? By rank to whom you are talking to with rank.. meaning more points possibly to the lower ranked etc. 

Maybe sponsor messages trigger a chance reward? 

People can just mail crap otherwise.

Tupac for a variety of reasons, and I feel we need some bullet points because I just woke up and this is how I am. 

• Rae the Bae broke the mail count system with the number of messages she sent. Not all of them were nothing more than absolute spam. If some brilliant woman who is GFC of a whole city can abuse the mail system, imagine what people who are looking for the easiest way to rank up will do. 
• There is no way to police what is or is not in character. There is a reason the Outside/Jail forums do not provide VIP/EXP for engaging in them. This game is set in the past, and Space-to-the-Pole talking about how much he'd love to rail Theresa May shouldn't get rewarded (In game, or outside of it.) 
• Mails aren't as important now that there is the in-game chat at the bottom that connects you to lounge, and accessing lounge is a lot simpler these days. When mIRC and various clients were the main way of accessing it made sense to mail more as not everyone would bother to be on mIRC. But now you immediately get a name and access and rooms so it makes mails more redundant than they used to be as everyone can easily find you in a faster mode of conversation than in pervious years.

I feel like ive been massively attacked here; in truth though, id say ive railed far worse. ive 100% cracked one off over worse. There was a twitch streamer  i once watched for a bit, she got me there pretty fast. jen something or other. I cant really remember.
