Jelly Viterelli had been a long time caporegime in the Ligambi family. He was well liked and respected by all. Which is why when the opportunity presented itself for him to step up as a street boss for the illustrious family he was all over it. Jelly had paid his dues and earned his bones many times over.

When he was summoned by the head of the family Uncle Joe and legendary Godfather Nuccio from Detroit he knew it was serious business. Jelly was nervous but kept his cool.

Upon entering the meeting it was all made clear to him. Godfather Nuccio was looking to expand the families interests and needed someone they could trust to get the job done. Uncle Joe agreed with his longtime partner in crime that Jelly would be a great street boss in the motor city. The three spoke of new business ventures and reminisced on old times. Jelly would join Nuccio on his plane back to Detroit to set up the Viterelli crew.
