Needing no introduction, standing at the helm of the Ligambi Family,  @Joseph_LigambI has been an avid supporter since opening The Grand Ligambi Hotel and Casino located on its peninsular in Long Island, Queens.  He then moved his organization to Los Angeles and hosted the  Balboa Island Throwdown, a high-stakes tournament at The Oasis Hotel and Lucky Ligambi Casino.

Joining the poker scene is SilentAssassin owner of the recently opened Black Diamond Casino under the desert sky in Las Vegas.  It’s such an appropriate name for black diamonds have come to represent the ultimate in sophistication and elegance. Rumor has it that the casino was built on the land of an old, unmarked gold mine, and spirits of good fortune roam the gaming floors.

Don Madaganga from South Philly hosted the Grand Opening of his Casino de Monte-Carlo with Operation Manager Godfather StripheCorelli. Inspired by the elegance and history of the original Monte Carlo Casino, Madaganga assembled a team that aimed to create an experience that captured the spirit of Monte Carlo while adapting it to the tastes of the modern high-roller.

It would be unforgiving of us not to acknowledge our noncasino owners Don HarryDresden of Paradise, LV, and Don Furio,  Leader Of The Giunta Family in Old City District, PH.  We are so grateful for their donations.

The Most Rewarding (MR) Poker and friends are in total shock over the deaths that have occurred within the casino and poker community. The police investigation turned up no suspects, no motive, and no explanation for the eerie playing card signatures left at each scene.

Let’s start with what they are calling The Three Kings’ Curse.

These casinos were not just businesses, but empires, each ruled by a charismatic and cunning owner.

Let us start with the first King Joseph_Ligambi. He was hosting a private poker event at the Lucky Ligambi Casino in a special suite.  Halfway through the night, he excused himself, complaining of dizziness. Hours later, his body was discovered slumped in his office chair, an empty glass of bourbon beside him. The coroner ruled it a heart attack. , but whispers in the casino's corridors spoke of poison. A note was found in his desk drawer, though it wasn’t in his handwriting. It read:
“The first king falls. The game begins.”

The second King to fall was @Madaganga when he heard of Ligambi's death he doubled his security. He rarely left Casino de Monte-Carlo and when he did, it was in an armored limousine with personal bodyguards. Yet, even his precautions couldn’t save him. During a routine inspection of the casino’s vault, Madaganga triggered an unexpected trap. As the steel doors slammed shut, the oxygen supply was cut. By the time they found him, Madaganga was dead. The surveillance footage showed no tampering, but in his hand was found the king of hearts, burned at the edges.

The Third King SilentAssassin. He was as mysterious as his casino’s unique theme and was a master of strategy known for his sharp mind and sharper tongue. SilentAssassin failed to appear for a special breakfast meeting. Security found him in the Black Diamond Casino's infinity pool, lifeless. His death was ruled an accidental drowning, but the autopsy revealed traces of a muscle relaxant in his system. Beside the pool, the queen of hearts floated alongside him. With a black marker across it read: “The final card is played.”

It seemed like a chain reaction when they found @Bonnie_Gold, a recent winner of the Veterans Day Tournament known for his ruthless bluffing style. He was found in his suite, suffocated with a plastic bag. On the floor beside him lay the jack of clubs.

HarryDresden a no-nonsense player who dominated with aggression, was found in the hotel’s library, seemingly poisoned. A king of diamonds was left on the table beside him.

Then there is our Ghita, she had a reputation for ruthlessness wrapped in her charm. She was heartbroken by all the deaths. She checked and double-checked her room for signs of danger that night. But it was no use. In the morning, she was found in her bed, her face serene, as though she’d simply gone to sleep. Beside her pillow rested the king of spades. Apparently, another heart attack was ruled by the coroner.

The mysterious deaths of the six legends remain unsolved, their chilling tales will be whispered around Casinos and poker tables worldwide.

May they all rest in peace.

When the bullets stopped flying,  The Most Rewarding (MR) Poker proceeded with the first of their 777 Texas Holdem Tournament.

  Rest in peace to the fallen.

After the dust settled Tyler aka Larry a newcomer on the poker scene took a stunning win away from Madison.

Hoping the saga isn’t continuing the Most Rewarding (MR) Poker is sad to announce the death of Larry.

As mentioned earlier, Larry was new to our poker scene. Word throughout circles has it that he was a wealthy tycoon who thrived in the secret world of underground poker.  They claim he has an Off-world poker establishment where a password is needed to enter.

Larry was found face down in a lily pond.  Floating next to him face up was the Dead man’s hand consisting of the black aces and black eights.   His death was ruled an accidental drowning due to intoxication.   Of course, rumors claim foul play. May he rest in peace.

The retirement of Kenshina was bittersweet news for The Most Rewarding (MR) Poker.  We appreciate his support for the poker circuit.  His generous donations sponsored the second 777 Texas Holdem Tournament held at Joseph-Ligambi ‘s Lucky Ligambi Casino.  As usual, the game was intense where chips exchanged hands several times.

Well, we know you must be saying “Well what happened to first place,” right?

After hours of grueling competition, only one player stood triumphant: a quiet, mysterious man who called himself Goku.   Goku, relatively unknown had taken down the playing field in superior fashion.  He never showed emotion, his face a perfect mask of indifference. There were no grand celebrations when he claimed victory, just a small nod as he pushed his chips forward to confirm the final bet.

The prize was $7 million, one of the largest pots in the tournament’s history. But when the time came for the ceremony, Goku was nowhere to be found.

Casino staff frantically searched for him, but Goku had seemingly vanished. Our investigation showed he had no known family, no known associates, and no recorded travel plans. Even the documents he'd provided to register for the tournament were verified but vague.  He had a valid ID, provided a bank account that hadn't been touched in years, and no emergency contacts.

Many theories are floating around. Some speculated Goku was a fugitive, and claimed the money would expose his whereabouts to law enforcement. Rumors suggested he was part of a larger scheme, perhaps laundering money or playing on behalf of a powerful shadow organization. Another notion, Goku never cared about the money. For him, the game itself, the thrill of outsmarting the best was the real prize. The prize money remained unclaimed, locked away in the casino vault.

BeefStroganoffer was a name whispered in every poker room from Vegas to New York.  His father hosted a high-stakes poker game and he became enticed with the rhythm of shuffling cards and their outcome. By sixteen years old he could count cards faster than a calculator, and by age twenty, he was a regular at The Most Rewarding (MR) Poker high-stakes games, earning small fortunes by outsmarting good players. His talent earned him respect, but the money that came with it was never enough. The fascination with bigger pots, higher stakes, and taking down prominent players became his obsession.

Lady Luck turned on him, he got careless and he accrued enormous losses. He had several large markers at Joseph-Ligambi ‘s casinos and before he knew was in major debt.  People around him could see him unravel.

It’s was the second night of the big 777 Texas Holdem Tournament.  BeefStroganoffer could taste a major win in his pockets. BeefStroganoffer hit his straight on the river, called all-in but his straight wasn’t high enough.  As they saw his temperature rise Wyzguy, Tilly, @KRZY, Mwt, and Madison, all backed away from the table.  This is how they reported what was said.

The news of what happened next spread like wildfire, sending shockwaves through the gambling community.

The final night of the 777 Texas Holdem Tournament ended with sensational poker playing.  Several prominent poker players chased the seven million dollar first-place bonus but only one person emerged the victor.

First place -  Nagatchi

The Most Rewarding (MR) Poker is saddened to announce the plague continues to haunt the poker community. The poker world was shocked when they heard three players were found dead in their homes under eerily similar circumstances.

The first was Wyzguy a ruthless card shark known for his cold, calculating demeanor.

The soon-to-be Godfather was discovered in his penthouse apartment, seated at a glass poker table. His face was frozen in terror, and a single Ace of Spades card was pinned to his chest with a knife. The windows were locked from the inside, and there were no signs of forced entry. Investigators noted an open bottle of whiskey on the table, but toxicology reports found no traces of poison. 

The second was Mwt a math genius who became a poker legend for his uncanny ability to read opponents.

He was found in his new pad in the Old City District.  His body lay sprawled in his study, surrounded by scattered poker chips. The King of Spades was tucked into his hand, smeared with blood. His house’s security system hadn’t been tampered with, and neighbors reported no unusual activity. The players began speculating there was a connection between the deaths, but authorities refused to comment.

The third was Tommy-Vitale a pretty down-to-earth gambler with a mysterious past, word on the streets he has connections with the underworld.

 He was discovered in his luxury Vegas apartment, slumped over a grand piano. The King of Diamonds card rested on the keys in front of him. Security footage showed Tommy returning home alone the previous night, and his Bodyguard claimed he heard him playing music before the house fell silent

Around the time of their murders, there was extraordinary chaos in the streets. As investigators dug deeper, they uncovered a connection between the victims and the vigilante who terrorized the streets.   It wasn’t a continuation of the poker curse at all.

He then motions over one of his bodyguards who has several heavy-weight glass tumblers and sets them on a nearby table. He asks Nagatchi to do the honors in breaking open the seal on the beatifully-aged scotch. Dynamite invited all the players to join for a celebratory drink.
