A man with southern European looks steps out followed by his two most trusted men and climbs the steps of the building.
A crowd start to gather and falls silent when he clears his throat and starts to speak.

"Welcome ladies and gentlemen!
I come here to you today to announce a move. A move I hear you ask? Yes, a move. La Casa Rossa has moved its HQ to Philadelphia to join Sinfest's Viva La Resistance.

Our intentions are to re-build Philadelphia. To bring it back to the illustrious state it once was.
A city that will be a home for our members and a very pleasant place to do business for those from outside.

To those who want to be part of a great city and an even greater family - we still have some room left. Just send us a well written application and you may find yourself being part of one of Philadelphia's FAMILIES!

Finally I would like to thank Godfather Stamina for this wonderful opportunity.
Our (and especially mine) time in New Orleans was absolutely awesome. You build a really close city and I must say that I will leave New Orleans with a bleeding heart. I leave a lot of good, very close friends behind there.
Sometimes it's just for the better to move on tho. Therefore - thank you once again, Sir!

And to you, ladies and gentlemen - thank you for your time. I really hope to meet you in the streets of Philadelphia soon again!"

Corbin i wish you nothing but the best on your move to Philly, To say you will be missed here in New Orleans is an understatement we have shared some good times here and you have helped me grow into the person that you and New Orleans want me to be. I look forward to the great things that you can offer Philly take care Catman.

Clarity smiled at Corbin, she knew he was a good fit for Philly. The little she knew about him and heard from her mother, he was a very good guy and a hard worker too!

"You'll do great, Corbin! I wish you the best in Philly. NYC isn't too far, so be sure to visit sometime!"

Nodding in respect she gave him a small pat on the back before heading off.

Smiles at her old friend as she saw him move to a city that is near her heart. She remembers the old time her bloodline and his forge a great bond of friendship at the City of Brotherhood .

My dear Nicky, guess its just fitting that your bloodline will go back to where he feels at home for a long time! I wish you luck and success in Philly. If you need anything I'm just a message away and will always support you.

She nods at him one last time and bribes a boy to send a champagne to the new headquarters of CorbinRussell

Walking down the street she smiles and approaches the speech, thoughtfully watching she smiles as she watches her home city further expand
