It was sunny in Las Vegas when Martin was outside drinking a beer with an old friend and talking about weekend plans when he got a call from his boss Wendigo. Wendigo was worried about the City's future, he needed to fill an empty district to turn it into something productive and help the city grow big once again. Martin noticed where the conversation was going and told to his friend that he could count on him. After few minutes Martin ended the call and started to plan the move with some old contacts.

Paradise had always been a pretty place with large opportunities for an organization to take their business there, casinos, brothels, stores and many others. Martin stopped at a not so old building, the place looked big and classic, perfect to be the organization's place. He made some calls and bought it with a good discount. In a few days after some rebuilding and repairs, it would be fine for all the guys and girls to come in.

Martin was anxious about this big opportunity, he has always wanted to have his own family and have an active voice around this mafia world. He came from other cities and worked with big names before so he had a lot of experience in recruiting and training new faces.
