Chris steps out the front of his new HQ smileing he approaches the crowd gathering outside his father in laws old night club the Brawler Dome clearing his throat he begins to speak.

I come to you all today to saying that dreams can come true as most know my bloodline hasnt been around these parts as long as most, When seting out on this journey My goal was to become a MadeMan nothing more no ambitions other then that Since then they have been LHM or RHM to two great Crewleaders in Cadoras and The Civilian both who have taught me alot in this thing of ours. As i progressed it was not long intill i became noticed by Immortal and Godfather Stamina both who i view not only as leaders but friends who have helped shape me into what i have become, and have now given me this oppertunity to run my Own family here in the Big Easy a city i have become to Love and enjoy working in.

So without further ado i will say that The Bourban Street Brawlers are now back in Business i thank you all for listening to me ramble, And for those like my old RHM Donnie Brasco and many other former Hands and CLs that i have not mentioned thank you all for your help and believing in me. 

Chris unlocks the doors to the old Night Club

Seeing an old friend getting his change to run his own family makes me really happy. I'm sure you will do great and will make New Orleans extremely proud.

Congratulations Chris. Its been a long time coming. I knew your father well and I was sure you would follow in his foot steps, you've now reached a stage further than I'm sure he dreamed that you would. I wish you all the best in your endevours in the Big Easy, I'm sure you will help to keep the City great, the loss of Corbin must have been hard, but they've certainly found themselves an adequate replacement in you.

As always, you know where I am should there be anything I can do for you.

Sneaker hears Chris' speach and raises her glass

Approaches Chris and shakes his hand

"Congratulations! From watching you work I know you'll be a good leader. Give me a ring if you need anything."

He pulls out a medium size rectangular box holding a bottle of the finest Scotch he could fine and hands it to Chris

"For your personal collection."

Bruiser wades his way through the crowd and body guards to find his friend Chris in the center shaking hands.  As Bruiser approaches one of Chris' body guards puts a hand out as to stop me, and Chris give him a reaffirming nod as to say, Bruiser is cool.

Congratulations my old friend.  This is truly a great day to see you reach this goal of yours.  Tonight we rock on my friend!

Bruiser reaches out and gives Chris his patented "Brow hug", then departs back into the crowd.

Hot_Lips hugs her friend and smiles as she kisses both his cheeks...

This is a wonderful day for New Orleans! Chris, you are a great man and I'm extreemly happy to see you open up your own HQ! It is well deserved and I look forward to see your family grow and prosper for a long time to come.

"Chris_Flannery... my man, i have watched some of your bloodline grow, climbing the ladder in Cadoras's crew step by step. Working very hard, asking questions and always end up doing what is right. You have proven yourself a great leader many times as my RHM as your father had. I am very happy you have been asked to set up in New Orleans, you will make the city very proud i am sure. Here's to a long and happy life my friend!"

Civ raises his glass in honor of his good friend Chris!
