Are drugs ruining your life? Started by: ThirdSun on Feb 02, '12 06:05

ThirdSun walks into the busy streets to promote his newest venture in Chicago and starts speaking aloud

Ladies & Gentlemen,

All day long, many of us are handling dangerous & addictive narcotics and many of us are working tireless hours. The combination of extreme stress from one and the relief from the other is enough to drive even the most straight & narrow into a dangerous addiction. Are you tired of waking up every single day and having to do a unit or two of morphine to get your day rolling? Using a quarter unit of cocaine to make it through that New York to Las Angeles trip and then taking a unit of barbituates to come down? My friends, you have earned yourself an addiction.

No longer do you have to show up in Detroit at 03:00 looking for cheap smack to ease the pain of your lifestyle. No longer do you have to shell out the $9,100 a unit price of cocaine in Philadelphia because you have an hour until your flight and you just can't hold off another minute. These drugs can RUN your life right into the ground... where we here at Windy City Rehabiliation Center will be waiting to pick you back up.

Meet Davey.

Dave was a respected consigliere in this city until he caught himself an opium habit and instead of defending his city in times of peril - he nodded out in the middle of an organized crime and landed the whole team in jail. He even was known to go inactive for days at a time until he found himself on another crew's hitlist! Waking up in strange cities with over 42 units of opium and selling them for a loss of profit. Over taxing his crew just to get that 42nd unit of opium for free. Dave was eventually demoted to a Wise Guy and then merely an associate of a man he once gave his button! Dave realized he had a problem and checked into Windy City Rehabiliation Center and now Dave is working as a (Edited: Omerta).

Meet Petey.

Petey was also a man of honor in this city. Working hard as made man in the (Edited:Omerta) crew and was even their hit squad leader. He got himself so badly hooked on cocaine he underwent a major psychotic fit during wartime and wound up going rogue and setting up and taking unwarranted shots at anybody holding even a mere 5 units of cocaine on them. Eventually, (Edited: Omerta) found him unprotected and put a bullet between his eyes and sprinkled a unit over his dead body to signify the very thing that drove him to his demise.

You need to sit back and ask yourself... am I Davey or a Petey? The answer? Neither. You are yourself and with us you can get your life back on track and moving in the right direction. Next time promotion time comes around.. your crew leader will take a look and say, "Hey. This guy is one hell of an earner.. unlike this other bastard over here showing up missing a half a unit here and a quarter unit there." Just because you handle the stuff doesn't mean you have to become a slave to it.

Do not let dangerous narcotics become the Godfather of your life. Only you determine your fate.... we can lead you to a healthy, clean & sane life.

Thank you,

-ThirdSun-

On behalf of Windy City Rehabiliation Center.

ThirdSun stands back and awaits for the first recovering addict to step forward and tell their story...

PriestLogan steps up to the WCRC he'd heard about and checks himself in...

If i do this will you guys sprinkle a unit of coke on me? That's a lot of party powder...

Report Post Tip

ThirdSun shakes his head in disgust at PriestLogan

No..no..no! The point is to get AWAY from this demon that has negatively affected our lives and our ancestor's lives for so long!

ThirdSun's eyeballs start to move side to side

Okay PriestLogan... let's do just ONE bump.. just ONE... and just this ONCE!

Report Post Tip

I mean if i can have one unit of like... Baking soda to at least pretend... Ill check myself in to be cleaned up. I am tired of Jimmy the Hobo having more money than me,,,

PriestLogan signs himself into rehab...

Guess it isn't quiet right for a man of the cloth to be addicted to coke and be in the lifestyle I'm in... One or the other right?

Report Post Tip

Welcome PriestLogan...

ThirdSun wipes the remains of the "party powder" off his nostrils...

Today, you begin your first steps to recovery! Care to tell us a bit about yourself and how your addiction came about?

Remember, it works if you work it so work it your worth it!

Report Post Tip

Wipes his nose and leaves a bit of party powder on it.

Well it all started when I got a job running pizzas for a girl named Cassiopeia... God rest her soul... I always thought we charged a bit much, but i just wrote it off a competitive business tactic... Well one day I had some spare money and decided to order a pizza, and dear lord it made me feel amazing, long story short there was opium on the pizza I had just eaten and Cass, God rest her soul, was running drugs through the pizza place as a front for people that wont be named due to rules that wont be named. Anyways... I found a taste for a new expensive addiction and needed a new source of income... So i started working under her full time as a member of something that cant be named. Times were good till the day -Pushes back a tear- till the day she was unfortunately taken from us... I think that's all ill share for now.

PriestLogan sits back down and nods off a bit.

Report Post Tip

ThirdSun listens closely to PriestLogan's story.

Opium was also a hard drug for me to part with. Not much profit in the dealings of it so the usage only further damaged my income. Falling asleep during felony crimes and waking up in jail for 20 minutes was a horrible way to live. Anybody else here want to shine some light on this issue or are we all still in denail of our addictions?

ThirdSun patiently awaits a fellow user to share his tale...

Emilio walks in to the Center with a blunt lit

I do have to say I have some serious addictions, my fridge is always stalked for the munchies.  I spend hundreds on the green any more.  It's startin to get real bad, but how I love the Green man, I love it soooooo much.

Takes a long drag

Everywhere you see me I'll have a dime bag on me, ready to get in the trustee circle to roll one up and pass it.

Report Post Tip

Hayden walks into the center and quickly looks for Thirdson.

Do you have a program for someone looking to add more addiction to their life? I feel as if I am too below average in this area.

Report Post Tip

Hey Hayden, tell me what you wanna try and I could get you that hook up

Gives a wink and a soft chuckle

Report Post Tip

ThirdSun looks back at the newcomers...

Emilio, marijuana is NOT a drug.

Hayden, sure thing - I will get in touch with an FBN with some extra units for a low price for you

ThirdSun's corruption is beginning to show...

Report Post Tip

PriestLogan picks ThirdSun's pocket to try to find a drug tip.

I want cheap drugs man... How come Hayden gets the hook up?

Report Post Tip

Drugs give me a life man. I just lie back, shoot up, and I'm set.

Addiction? Perhaps, but it's better than just robbing purses.

Report Post Tip

I love the smell of cooked dope sitting in a spoon just waiting to be...

Wait...

Report Post Tip

Rick makes his way to the entrance of the facility and holds a bag that reads "DRUG DISPOSAL HERE!"

Report Post Tip

ThirdSun makes his way to Rick and holds a bag that reads "Soon to be disposed drugs"

Let's do this!

Report Post Tip
