The Deadliest Sin: Skorping Ronnie and His Hands

Ronnie, Gordon and Beef were trailblazers.  And like all trailblazers, they blazed a trail.  Chicago was their trail location, and words were their blaze.

Not them them the quiet life.  No, Ronnie, Gordon, and Beef used the privilege of their executive telegram service and networked.  They engaged Stakeholders.  They made many laugh, some cry with laughter, and one or two, well, they didn't like communication.

COMMUNICATION BREAKDOWN

We all know Furio.  Well, do we?  He's managed to become a Godfather-Chairman with literally nobody knowing if he has a tooth in his dead.  Is he deaf, mute, deaf & mute, or just an anti-social halfwit with a sense of humour deader than almost everyone who entered Lincoln Lawyer's writing competition.

Ronnie, Gordon and Beef sent some telegrams to Furio and, outraged that this then meant that he had to communicate. He got mad.  Can you imagine a person being given the binary choice of either attending one of Transistor's speeches or entering Lincoln Lawyer's writing competitions?  That's how mad he was.  Faced with standing alone listening to the worst words being spoken by the worst speaker in the world and potentially being ripped off, that's one choice, and the alternative is certain death.  Is that even a choice?

That's how Furio must have felt when his tenuous grip on balance was upended by a friendly Telegram.

Did Ronnie Tempt Fate?

Ronnie's father vowed not to purse the man who killed him.  He wasn't wrong.  The late Ronnie knew that sending telegrams to every single senior member of organised crime families might bring unnecessary heat onto him, but he dressed sensibly.

Ronnie, Gordon, and Beef did the right thing.  Just maybe a bit too often.

Who Killed DeadlySin?  And was it just a coincidence that it happened a mere ten minutes after his most loyal, communicative and famous captain was murdered?  No, it wasn't.  Ronnie was a rich, popular man.  Skorp was left alive.  Ronnie's killer was not.

Alfie folded up the paper and tossed it towards the door. Pausing for a second to triple-check, he pulled the toilet paper and ripped a nice wad off before reaching down to wipe his ass. He could have used the paper of course, but why taint his taint with such stupidity. 

Checking the paper he folded the wad over and wiped again, wondering how blind people managed, before seeing clean paper and dropping it into the bowl. 

With a grunt of effort he'd learned from those around him, even at his young age, he stood up, pulled his trousers up and fastened his belt. Reaching being him to flush the toilet he thought about DeadlySin and how he was always good for a laugh. 

The toilet echoed in the bathroom as it flushed the excrement away, the sound of faint laughter heard possibly only in his mind. 

This news is quite disturbing! I ran city to city looking for one of bibs I see people wearing that have GFC embroidered into them. I heard Beef makes some mouthwatering, fall off the bone ribs.  I was on my way with invitation in hand and wearing my new bib.  

Something must be done about this tragedy!

Ronnie was a very interesting man, I had worked for his similarly named father a long time ago. While I wasn't involved with my boss DeadlySin removing Ronnie, I can understand why, from his point of view, but I was just a uninformed wise guy and knew little from what was going on.

Perhaps a sitdown could have prevented the bloodshed?

I think Furio is to blame here.  All Ronnie did was send him a few telegrams, and then the compainta started.

DeadlySin basically shot himself using Furio's weapon.

I'll attend a sit-down representing Chicago?

It would be an honor kuku but I'm afraid there isn't much of Chicago's leadership left, with the Ronnie family upper structure being killed, and the unfortunate death of DeadlySin and Omni, I guess I am the sole representative left of Chicago.

How would you like to do this? Shall we chat in private, public? Do I demand 80 million?

If you could ask Furio if he's ever done anything of which he is ashamed, please?
