It had been a week or so since Uncle Joe had taken a bullet in the recent underground war that saw the downfall of many men and women of honor from the various territories. Uncle Joe had been in many turf battles over his long and illustrious career in cosa nostra and was so stranger to rebuilding his empire. Uncle Joe owed his quick recovery to his loving wife Amira who nursed him back to health and to all the men and women of honor in his family that showed unwavering loyalty and commitment to this thing of ours. Joe was back on his feet and looking to make things right in the city of angels. 

Uncle Joe was interested in a change of scenery and bought a small pizza shop in Hollywood that would act as the center of his operations in the area. He wasn't far from top job studios. It was a nice small place that he could manage himself and it had a nice back room for meetings and card games. 

Uncle Joe enjoyed the glitz and glamor the area had to offer. He looked forward to serving members of the community the finest pizza in LA. He also couldn't wait to start running the numbers and loan sharking out of the back. It was business as usual for the Ligambi crime family.
