A knock on the door makes Corbin look up from behind his desk. A huge smile covers his face when LargeHamster enters his office.

"You wanted to see me, Boss?"

"Yes, my friend! Come and take a seat, please.
The thing is, our city leader Sinfest called me. He had a meeting with the other city heads and they decided to finally re-open Detroit. Philadelphia is supposed to deliver one family there. He asked me if I would have any capable guys in my family to run their own family. Would you be interested in leading your own family in Detroit? I think you are very capable and this could be a lifetime opportunity! So, what do you think?"

"You want me to move to Detroit and run my own family there?
WOW! Of course I am interested! When can I move!?"

"Great! I figured that!
I did make some arrangements already so you can move whenever you want.
I bought an old, abandoned warehouse downtown Detroit and had it restored. It has plenty of space and is absolutely perfect. So..."

LargeHamster stands up and shakes Corbin's hand.
"I'm speachless..."
"Congratulations, LargeHamster!"

Corbin rests a hand on Hamster's shouders while leading him to his office door.
"Pack your belongings and go, my friend. I am absolutely sure you will run an awesome family."

"Congratulations old friend!" He takes off his hat, approaches LargeHamster and shakes his hand.

"I'm glad to be working side by side with a trusted old friend in Detroit. I'm sure you'll bring great profits and pride to your family and the Motor City!"

"Cheers!"

Well done Hamster and Nightmare! WIsh you both the best of luck in Detroit I hope you guys can build something great over there :)
