Ladies and gentlemen, I come to you to explain the actions of Las Vegas tonight.
Throughout our lives, from cradle to grave, we are taught that the one thing people like with decision making is consistency. It's far easier to make decisions if a consistent response is expected. As kids we throw balls into the air, knowing that they will consistently fall to the ground. In fact show a child consistency and he or she will grow to be a fair and balanced adult.
This pre-amble is really a backdrop to tonight's events. When Animal first opened the Muppets in Las Vegas it was with the purpose of bringing stability to a city rocked by paranoia. Through his hard work the city first stabilised, then grew and now prospers. It was due to this leadership that he was earmarked to run the city of St Louis however his unfortunate demise put paid to that. As part of this stability, we removed many reasons for conflict within the city. All leaders could approach each other and at points where paranoia were about to condense into tangible threats, we worked together to ensure these were removed swiftly. Phantom and his family were a key part of this strategy of co-operation which is why the decision to act today has come with a very personal cost to many of us in Las Vegas.
There have been two key events recently that have brought us to this situation. Firstly, the removal of ChampagneSupernova by Las Vegas families was based on false information and concerns from Phantom that his family were in danger. Secondly, within hours of the announcement of the Muppets departing to St Louis Phantom removed _Jammin_ based on false information and concerns that he and his family were in danger despite reassurances to the contrary.
This brings me back to the subject of consistency. Other families have been removed to ensure stability in Vegas for displaying these same characteristics. That is why we have chosen to surgically remove the key decision makers from Gli Angeli Della Notte rather than use a sledgehammer to remove the whole family. As mentioned before this comes at a huge personal cost to many of us as we regard these people as close friends however this decision is not a personal one and is based purely on business.
On that basis, it goes without saying that the unsponsored, tagged members of Phantom's are under a protection order giving them the opportunity to find a home after this.

Reminds me of the day when my forefather Hawk was removed based upon misinformation. Sadly these things happen. Rest In Peace to the departed. |

Indeed Fozzy. It is not always a necessity to remove a whole family. In fact. It will always be seen as a good thing by almost everyone but the most blood thirsty of hitters. |

I appreciate how this situation was handled and how an explanation was given so quickly to the public, despite its non requirement. |

Thank you Bettsy and as others have said it is not required but appreciated. To echo Riggers comment as a crew leader we ask members to tag themselves as it is a way to grant them a safe way out in these types of situations. If a crew member cannot even be bothered to preform such a simple task the they deserve what comes there way usally a hitter looking for another kill.
Sorry for your friends loss walkingdead a hash lesson learned for him but one that could have been avoided if he took time out to do one simple task |
