I think there should be a rank requirement to be able to post specifically in Streets and Business Districts. Maybe Earner?

The quality of RPing has taken a drop as the streets are flooded with trollers. This would limit new accounts from coming on to simply troll or provide non-meaningful content. 

RP wise, the rank requirement could play into the game in that "you must hold a certain status in the community before anyone will listen to what you have to say."

Buddy this is America, Land of the free. You can't stop people of low rank from talking 

RP wise the mob probably wouldn't kill their own family every 20 days, or Auth 11 day old Made Men. Lets ban that too for RP reasons.

For RP reasons people should only role play humans and not squirrels or TNT

I don't know you nor know how long you have been around, but I can see you like to RP. It is certainly very much welcomed.  It is the core of the game. The trolls as you call us have been around a very long time. You want change? Call how the entire upper structure.  We are supposed to lead by example. Are you aware there was a time not too long ago when a CL was authing one of his crew members they came out here to the streets and made the announcement? Then the newly authed would speak to the crowd. 

It got so bad around here auth threads were not even going up. Izzy had to come out and say whoa you guys have to have auth threads or else. And we can still see the laziness in some of these half asses written auth threads.

Regardless of rank it has always been as long as they carried themselves respectfully, they are heard. You are giving the impression as a LH you are better than them. I'll pass by on what the overall thoughts are on the rank of LH. And I agree but when in that position of LH I made the best of it. Everyone under me was more important. Even as a CL everyone under me was more important. But this is not the case with the current group of clowns running this shit show here. Have you noticed the sense of entitlement going on? 

Change is needed alright. It starts with those leading.

I am very opposed to this to suggestion. 

While I like to see better in the streets perhaps leaders should do that leading thing.  Besides the aftermath or wars, rogues or purges should not be silenced based on someone's rank. 

Obviously, if you are in a crew, you represent them with whatever you say. Posting is one way a lower rank can participate, and people do not have to read anything they choose not to read. the lower ranks can learn in my opinion, and as for the so-called trolling, those could be deleted, if admin felt it was. I don't know if they read the posts or not, for anything like that.
