Technical comes around a corner and walks up the platform. He goes up to the podium and puts his mouth close to the microphone.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I have come to address some very important information to you. LargeHamster and myself had a meeting not so long ago about some future plans. Some of those plans will be mentioned at a further date. For now let me give you all what you came here to listen to. Detroit has decided that a representative would be a wonderful addition to the city. I, Technical, will govern over Detroit as City Head. LargeHamster and myself both agreed on this decision. 

Technical pauses for a breathe and drinks some lemonade given to him mysterious out of no where by Leo.

Detroit has been given a golden path to follow. I am determined that it shall follow that path under my guidance. Under the watchful eyes of the other cities, I will bring this city up in population. Detroit will know success in the up coming future. I thank you all for listening.

Technical makes his way off the platform and exits the scene.

Technical my father spoke to you a few times and was around during the very first meeting of the city. He knew from the start that you were a great leader and would most likely end up as city head. 

Although reading through his journals he did not believe it would happen in such a manner. But things have a funny way of turning out.

I know from my short time here that you're a very capable leader and you have two very capable hands to work with. I know with LargeHamster and You guiding this city, it will be able to achieve great things.

I am pleased to hear this fine news hear today. Since the moment I met you Technical I knew that you were destined for greatness in this thing of ours. My ideas were seen to be correct as you rose to the rank of crewleader and created a home for all of us Banditos out there. Since that very short time, we have seen several wars and crewleaders end up by the wayside, but the Banditos remain strong under your fearless leadership. You have kept us all safe, and are certainly one to be respected by the Banditos and all of Detroit

This is deserved. I can't wait to see what amazing plans you have in store for this city. Long live Detroit! 

Congratulations Technical, you were sent to Detroit a short while ago without the support of anyone else. You have built a promising family, after taking very little with you. I'm extremely pleased to see that Detroit has now appointed yourself as the head of the city. I have had very little to do with your family line or indeed yourself, but you have shown enthusiasm in taking the city forward and will hopefully see you restore the Motor City to show its full potential. It also seems that you have a good understanding with your leader, LargeHamster.

I have little doubt that you will do your best to ensure a long and profitable future for the residents you guide. In recent times we have seen the city remaining vacant for quite some time, it is a pleasure to see it heading in the right direction under promising leadership.

Good luck on this achievement, i wish you the best of luck rebuilding the city at what can best be described as interesting times.

Looks at her watch and realises she has been here too long before quickly dissapearing into the growing crowd.

Sal applauds to Technical and decisions that have been made. After everybody was congratulating Sal takes a step forwards and starts to speak.

"Congratulations on the desicoins you and LH made there. I think it the best for the city of Detroit to work together with a clear hierachy within the city. Now that Detroit sorted this it can go towards a bright future. I'm sure with joined forces we'll do great and the wonderful city of Detroit can prosper."

"I am looking forward to the future plans and I'm excited to be a part of the Detroit mafia one day. So good luck to both families."

Listens intently on the news and once the men and women before him have spoken he adds his piece.

It's good to here that Detroit is planning to make something of itself. Congratulations to yourself Technical on taking the helm, it's always promising to see two leaders working together to rebuild a city. Hopefully the city of Detroit will prosper greatly from this.

We have seen two take downs and a war that left the city of Detroit with two families: The Last of the Banditos and the Rodents. After the troubles, we hope to have lasting peace. We can now start to rebuild and grow. Kudos to you and LargeHamster!!! Hurray for the crime families of Detroit!
