Things have been very hetic as of late, and the 48 hour rule has been ignored by some. Fun time with innocents and new people is now offically over.
From here on out, anyone caught shooting a innocent will be punished severly. I am no longer playing games with people.
We said thats the rules, so follow them.

Another Clarification on under 48hr Gangster...
If an under 48 shoots at you or mugs you you are NOT allowed to retaliate unless you contact your leader of rhm.
I dont care if an under 48 hr tells you to go ahead AND puts auth in there profile.. you will NOT kill an under 48 under any circumstances without your Leaders or RHMS approval first.

Consigliere Animal, I completely agree that everyone fresh off the boat deserves their time to get into a family and find their way; but I worry that a new gangster that already has a gun, has a decent idea what's already going on in this world. I worry that maybe my crewleader or right hand man may not be on within the next hour, and the new gangster may get off another shot at my family. It seems to me, that we should let all mugging attempts be handled by the CL, but a wack attempt is a more serious matter. I'll go with the flow, but I just worry about that scenario. |

I would hope that the next in the chain of the appropriate family structure would be considered a satisfactory authority.
The LHM/W position for example, should have the ability to deal with issues and grant their authority to a situation. I this is not the case, then I feel the position and subsequent 'important' positions, that of the Consigliere for example, do not hold the value they deserve.
I would interpret (purely for the sake of this conversation) this as being 'get the approval of someone who can make decisions within a family'. A person who is known to the other leaders of the cities who could reference the action taken by a member. The third in command of an organization, or the advisor to the bosses for example, should be able to make this decision in my opinion. |

Innocents are not to be shot. Its a fairly simple statement/rule to understand and accept. If any of you members feel that you have been disrespected by any innocent, please don't take it amongst yourselves to make it "right", but rather contact your family leader or someone within your family with some "weight" in the negotiations and ongoing business with other family leaders. And from there a solution may be derived.

A lot of the new mafioso will be hitting this rank soon and will be entering our world and are sometimes confused. We were all once new and we all got lucky once and someone helped us..
Try to help someone a positive way, rather than help someone with their swimming lessons in the ocean. You accomplish nothing by killing a innocent gangster mafioso..but you can accomplish so much more if you take the time to teach just one mafioso the ropes..You dont have to be a leader to start a change, its one person at a time. |
