During a regular maintenance update on code, things decided to implode and revolt over an earth shattering issue that is so monumentally important, that things decided to shut down rather than comply with BigDataTechBros... let me introduce the hotly contested update, the undisputed hot issue of the day - updated timezones?!?

So, I think I got all the kinks worked out but if there are any services in the game that no longer function (things will either work completely, or fail to work at all) let me know.

For example:

Failing a jail break... - not related

Failing to load the jail page... - related

Cant stand the profile picture that a user uses... - not related

Profile picture wont even upload and never notifies you its processed... - related

So if anything fails hard, drop me a line, thanks and my sincerest apologies about the breakage... I kinda thought updating some new timezones would have been pretty harmless, oh my boy was I wrong lol.
