She walks up the street looking at addresses and fidgeting with a key in her hand. Finally she finds the one she is looking for. It is a non-descript building. Modest in size, yet comfortable. She gulps as she turns the key. Pushing the door open she finds herself in a run down storefront in much need of repair.. Well, I guess this is it. Home. She looks around and sneezes. Yes, this will do. I can put the plants over there... A nook in that corner. Oh yes and an office for me at the back. I can see this being a lot of work but so worth it in the end. She smiles and steps outside to see a few people gathering in front to see who the new occupant is. Hi folks, I am Iris. I guess I'm your new neighbour. I look forward to working with Jonnie and making New York a magnificent place to visit or call home. I also look forward to working with the other leaders of our world in making this a better place to be, a happy place flourishing with activity and energy. A place we can all be proud of. Noticing a familiar face in the crowd she waves to Jonnie. I would like to take this time to thank Jonnie for giving me a chance to work for and with him. This is a great honour that I am truly privileged to receive and thankful for. Now, if you don't mind, I must whip this place into shape. I will be sure to visit with you all later. As for a family name? Haven't quite got that far yet.... |

*gives Iris a wave back and when she is finished with her speech follows her into her head quarters* The movers said they should be here monday to help you start bringing your new office furniture in, i took the liberty of buying you a nice office set, i hope you don't mind. Well im off to go handle business, call the hq if you need anything. Good luck with the cleaning ;) |

Valiant remembered the woman speaking as the one who called him kiddo not long ago and gave him a cookie... although he had to fight to get that damn cookie and only ended up with half of it, because of his kindness... I'd like to congratulate you on this move, and your newfound status in this thing of ours. Good luck to you and hope to see both you and Mr. Reese working well together side by side to make New York a prosperous city. And if I may ask... when you said "I must whip this place into shape." Surely you meant your RH and not the HQ? Valiant grins and munches on a cookie while looking at Iris. |

Kicking his new victim of new drug arrests, Vic_Mackey throws him inside of his car, closes the door and approaches Iris Congratulations on the new promotion, Iris. I'm sure you'll make Jonnie proud. If you ever have trouble with the D.A., let me know and I'll sort some things out :) Walks back to his car whistling something about Hearts on Fire, and drives off to the nearby headquarters for some interrogating with his new vicitm.. |

Awe, thank you Jonnie! It will look fantastic with the painting the I bought this evening. I'll make sure to knit you a new sweater! I know you like the cableknit. She drools as the truck full of food pulls up.. Oh.. my... Demeter.. I love you. You know the way to my.... She can no longer resist the delicious aromas wafting from the truck any longer.. Returning a few moments early licking Russian Mustard from her fingers she reaches into her purse and hands Valiant a box wrapped in purple satin and winks. I do hope you have better luck keeping this cookie kiddo.. She pinches Valiant's cheek as she glares in the general direction of that Mackey bugger... That dude's mom should have named him Gunther. |

He happened to be in philly at the time buying the famous philly cheese steak, and had walked past the building. He walked inside and noticed alot of familar faces, he nodded and smiled. He looked at the lady walking towards that back, and followed them. "This is a nice place, alot of work but i think it will be worth it!" |

The macabre seems to have stumbled upon a situation where in he senses ancient vibes. Age has gone to this thread. Time has rotted away the sense and meaning within. The macabre walks away in search of a new mission. Slowly, he turns and walks away with his cane in front and the ends of his suit flapping away, he steps. Reaches into his pocket and drops a rose. Marking his path for others and himself to follow, once more. |
