Hello I have an intersteing question for u underlined and bolded players ?? If a player is inactive and another player shoots him is it murder and an act of war or is it that player trying to help out the family and clearing out room for them to recurit ??

It is murder because the shot wasn't authorized as well as the fact that there are reasons right now that people want to keep the crew counts up even if someone is IA.

I'd say it depends really, if the order came from the cl to kill the family's IA, it's their choice, if they don't give the order, and you kill the sponsored IA, it's an act of war/treason/etc. They still do hold value, even if they are inactive, just ask your CL.

ok i understand were ur coming from with keeping the count high

yeah only Cl's can take out there own family if they are inactive if not. its time for war :D
