It is my intentions we gather this city of Philadelphia, and bring it back as a whole. Since the day this great city was granted to Don Sinfest, it slowly stumbbled, and was very unorganized. The lack of communication was destroying all other efforts to enhance our business and future. Today CorbinRussell has shown his dedication to the city and our future by making some tough choices and actions in regards to Don Sinfest, as well as he has given me the nod to run my own family to house the homeless and expand the city.

To get down to business, I would like to announce the establishment of the Nuggaholics, in Philadelphia and offer my condolences to Don Sinfest and his family while opening the doors to a brighter and successful future for all our visitors and mobsters working without our boarders.

MacDre shook a few hands and walked through the crowd towards his stretch limo. Before stepping into he he reached into his jacket pocket and threw a roll of hundred dollar bills into the crowd of people that had gathered, all hard hit by the economy lately and all eager to make a buck. Charm has heard about Sinfest's sad demise and had decided to visit Philly to check on her friends from that family. On reaching Philly, she notices a huge crowd of excited people and so she stepped out of her car and joined them. She saw McDre in his new suit addressing to the people about his recent takeover.

McDre, I don't know you well enough to say whether you're capable of stabilising the imbalance created by Sinfest's death or not but I'm relieved that my homeless friends would all be taken in and protected by you and so I congratulate you for that noble action. All my best wishes for you and hope you prosper so does the city of Philadelphia.

And with that she smiles at him and steps into her waiting car leaving for New Orleans.
