As Leo's Son he had always the big respect and admire for Joe and Ligambies, he had heard his father multiple times saying that he was happy that he worked with Joe as he wanted to so since very long years.

Jr was ready to pack his bags and leave this place without saying a word or causing any issues to anyone as he knew from his father that in this world you can sleep and never wake up for a reason or another and he never held a guardge against anyone not even who killed his father as he was ready for this day since he was born.

What stopped him and surprised him was how Joe talked about his father although he knew the good relation between them especially that Leo considered him as his big brother so he decided to come out and explain things according to what happened by Joe's words, he stepped on a table on the streets knocking a glass by a spoon to get everyone's attention

"I'm Jr son of the late LeoMaranzano, I'm not here to blame anyone or threaten anyone, I will only mention things from my father's diaries that are related to what Joe said previously, and its up to you if you believe it or not, if you know my father you would know he is a man of honor and respect.

first thing Joe mentioned that my father made bad decisions, we all are humans and we may do that but as his boss shouldn't you talk to him about them to discuss what is his thoughts about that?, and if we are talking about bad decisions lets talk about Giovanni, as he was your guy and asked my father to make him his right hand man, Leo have never met the guys before nor he knew anything about him, but you wanted him to be his right hand and even when he asked you that he would like to have someone that he knows you kind of some unsatisfaction and you wanted the guy to move to his crew either way, so did Leo trust him from the beginning? well since his boss Joe trusted the guy why wouldn't he?

When the guy went rampage shooting at his allies, Leo reached Joe and all the affected people with a sincere heart and apology and offering to compensate them about what happend yet he is blamed for it now!"

Leo took a breath before continuing

"Now I will would like to quote what Joe said -Carlo is loyal to the family and its interests. Unlike his former streetboss.- I wonder if someone isn't loyal would you let him start his operation? further more its not what he asked for, it what Joe asked for, Joe himself asked Leo to set under him and start his operation although he was young, I wonder if he wasn't loyal too would he come to talk about some new people in his operation to make sure that both sides can be in the light and can be helpful for the city? Leo has never tried to keep things hidden from his city leader, he expressed himself clear, informing Joe about his thoughts of the people he recruited himself while keeping Joe at the light about their actions.

Leo is known is an honor man and loyal and he believes in giving chances and supporting his family and city, never doing that in shadows nor trying to deceive his uppers, and they were aware of his actions and never discussed that, sadly they were supporting his action and his thoughts till yesterday as he came from Joe's office after discussing many things about his family and members and about his concerns and Joe never opposed him about a single thing

at the end I can say that Leo was honest and loyal to his city leader Joe till the last moment, he even was trying his best for him as he promised him from the first day he landed, but did he defend him or even talked to him about the concerns he had?, he didn't,  did Joe trust him at the end of the day? seems he didn't too."

As Jr finished his words he walked back away to get ready to leave this country, his head is held high he is proud of his father's action as he knew his father had no regrets at all, he was doing his best to make a good atmosphere and have a fun place giving chances for those who are honest and have a good time with them, he lived with honor and loyal and died with it too.

MaranzanoJr, you might find it entertaining to remain on the sidelines with the other 80 plus folks. Just maybe that special crew(s) Joe does not like can return to our world. 

Now that would balance shit out now as it had in the past and continue to do so for the future.
