Dr. Thompson come out of his HQ with blood shot eyes that give new meanings to the word ‘hangover.’ He sets up his decrepit soapbox and barely manages to stand on it. He rubs his headache away and speaks.

“My fellow gangsters, mafiosos, thugs and thieves, bosses and brutes, entrepreneurs and hooligans. I stand before today to announce the opening of my HQ in Las Vegas. Now I am not one for speeches so I will make this as quick as possible so you can go about you busy days.

Since my grandfather moved to the streets of Las Vegas our family has been in love with the city and it’s way of life.  Nothing more pleases me than to receive the chance to work with it’s crewleaders, who are a brand of their own. I wish nothing but peace and prosperity for the streets of Vegas.

I look foreword to working with them to bring Las Vegas into a new era or growth and opulence. Thank you for your time.”

Hunter brings his soapbox back inside his HQ. but before everyone disperses he re-emerges and sets down several boxes of whiskey bottles on the sidewalk with a note that says “have at ‘em.”
