Thanks to the tiny number of people who contributed to my fundraiser. Suffice to say that I can't retire and that I'm a bit disappointed. But, as is widely known, I don't this for money, or for adoration, I do it because I believe in busy streets. Busy streets with happy people. JUST NOW THERE'S A STREET WITH FRANKCASTIGLIA WALKING DOWN IT. THAT THERE IS A HAPPY THOUGHT
I would encourage you again to send me some money, because I'd spend it better than you and you don't need it as much. You'll feel so much better, so just sent it to me.
WHAT HAPPENED TO THE LHM, LUCY?
Nuccio_Carrara had a loyal, successful, significant donating member as his LHM, named Lucy. Lucy was shot and killed, and in a major break from tradition, Joe Ligambi demanded W/S be found ASAP. The W/S was found, and the murderer killed. Lucy's daughter was well compensated, and rejoined the crew. Only joking, what actually happened was that Joe Ligambi didn't request any W/S. But Lucy's daughter did join the crew and is now the LHM.
Nuccio sent his team a message saying that nobody should worry, and that he just hadn't got to know her that well. Unconfirmed reports suggest that he actually didn't plan the killing, and presumably Ligambi, as usual inundated with W/S's, needed a break and thus didn't ask for any.
Who knows. But let's mention Frank Castiglia in a dramatic way.

Meanwhile, the only person actually doing anything on the streets is FatGrin. Is this acceptable?

I wouldn't even say I'm doing anything on the Streets. It is just that the bar is so incredibly low, that it makes two appearances seems like something worth writing home about. It isn't, by the way, it is a disgusting mess. Reminds me of that time I was in the public library, nature called, and I headed into the only stall as PlagueDoctor was coming the other way with a dog-eared copy of Jane Eyre tucked under his arm and a satisfied smile on his face. |
