Stepping out from his HQ into the streets, Jonnie_Reese walks alone. Striding with purpose, the crowd parts in front of him, as men and women stare at him, offering hushed whisperings as he goes by. Staring straight ahead, Jonnie_Reese reaches his destination and stops to address the masses. Offered up a drink from the crowd, he leans forward to grab it and drinks it down, before smashing it on the cement next to him and beginning his speech.
With the excitement of recent days seemingly abated, I'd like to take this opportunity to remind and update people on the Chicago situation. Beginning this Friday a 16:00, any willing man or woman has the opportunity to set up in the Windy City. Any participants must be entered by Monday at 16:00. Once you set up in Chicago, you will be unable to leave for the duration of the contest. Violations will be dealt with.
Any outside interference is forbidden, including money from your leader. Your only assistance is the RHM you bring with you to Chicago. Both you and your RHM must buy out of your current crews, after you've received your leader's permission to join the competition. A RHM is also unable to leave the city. Any outside interference will result in removal from the competition.
Once again, I stress that this is not the Roman Coliseum. You will not be entering this contest to fight to the death. Alliances and diplomacy are strongly encouraged- the only necessity is that one person is determined to be the city head of Chicago.
The other requirement of this contest is that you work with your RHM to produce a speech for the streets, to present your public persona to the people. You will outline who you are, what you plan to accomplish, what you would like to do for the mafia, and any other views and opinions you deem necessary.
If there are any questions regarding this contest, they are certainly welcome. Please, however, ensure that your question has not already been answered, whether in this speech on one of the previous ones on this issue.

Should be interesting, I think the biggest problem is working out who is going to run the city. Sometimes words can speak louder then a gun and I just hope to see people go about there business in a respectful manner instead of just offing everyone like my fathers have seen in the past...
Make sure you know what your getting yourself into before you leave your families to fend on your own, do you have the time and dedication to do this...
