Vacant cities are certainly not the answer. It should not even be remotely possible to debate that a place having nobody there is anyway comparable to what we have now, and yet, here we are. 

It isn't for me to tell you how to enjoy yourself. If the Business District is your thing and you feel like it is thriving, then you should absolutely spend your time there more than the Streets. If you have something you want to bring to the Street, then you should.

There was traditionally an expectation on those at the top to lead a family for the benefit of themselves and their members and also to contribute to the betterment of the world as a whole. Spike's whole identity used to be built around that very topic and condemning the incumbent powers that be for not doing enough. On his watch we've witnessed the worst sustained period of output from a regime I can ever recall and that is shameful.
