Cadhla woke up and looked outside. It was still freezing, but the sun was doing its best to come out. Pondering the past few days, she hoped the sun would improve her feelings about what had happened.

So much hostility had ruled the world in recent days. This was inevitable and was very much stressfull. But the fog had lifted outside her HQ in Old City District and Cadhla could only hope the same would be true in the rest of our world.

There was a knock on the door and Cadhla asked who it was. It was Soul_Hooligan and she had indeed asked if he wanted to come over. 

"Come in"

she said and Soul_Hooligan entered. He had even brought coffee because he knew Cadhla definitely liked coffee.

"Sit down, I have something to discuss with you. You have proved over the past few days that you are actually a leader who deserves to have a place of your own. That place is there now because unfortunately Walter was killed in the rogue attack. The place is yours and I'm sure with the help of your RH and LH you can find a good balance to become the leader I see in you. What do you think?"

Soul_Hooligan did not have to think about it and accepted the offer.

"Okay, that's settled then. I will write the announcement so you can get started".

Cadhla grabbed paper and pen and started writing:

I hereby announce that Soul_Hooligan starts his HQ in Bella Vista today and has permission to do so.
