I'm probably not going to get any support, but I can't say I like the upper ranks. I mean, it's nice to hold a rank of Boss or a Capo but why would you if you're just a soldier within your crew/family. Then, why would you be a Consigliere (which is for some reason above the rank of Boss) if you're not really a Consigliere. I think that, apart from LHM and RHM there should be Capo positions (three per crew/family) and I also think that LHM and RHM positions should be renamed Consigliere and Underboss, respectively. Those titles should just be written next to one's name, but should occupy the Rank spot. Boss, Don and Godfather should be obtainable only when one becomes a CL, as it somewhat adds realism. So, if you're a soldier, you can only hold the rank of Made Man. If your CL decides to make you a Capo and give you a regime, you become a Capo. If you are appointed LHM, you become Consigliere and if you become RHM you obtain the rank of Underboss. If you begin leading a crew, you will be a Boss, and can rank up to Don, and eventually Godfather, if you become leader of a city.
