Friends, it's now time to talk, and talk seriously.  Debate is raging elsewhere over who-did-what and who-wacked-who and is there purging or is there not purging.

It's time for those with power to start talking, with one simple objective: Make Us Great Again.  

We need a diverse group to start legislating, to start bringing into place rules that govern us all, and that make this thing likely, engaging, profitable, and entertaining.

I propose, for the inaugural meeting of the MUGA committee FatGrin (Leader of the Streets), BillyMastrosimone (Leader of the biggest crew and financial genius), StripheCorelli (vintage lineage, Leader of the biggest LV crew), and last but not least, Craven (Leader of the biggest crew in NY).  I'll handle the PR, and chair the meetings.  

On the agenda for the first meeting should be:

Voting mechanics (how decisions are made, should there be a weighted majority)

Membership (should all CLs be allowed to attend, should all CLs be allowed a vote)

And then onto some not-too-controversial topics to legislate rules for:

Mugging (should murder be allowed?)

Funerals (should disrespect be tolerated?)

Experimental/Open City (should we give this a try again?)

We could do great things.  We could change this world that we inhabit.

I do not seek donations of cash, no.  I do seek goodwill, energy, faith, and action.  Looking at you, I don't see these things.  I see other things, things that are typically used to fertilise crops.  And with that, I will bid you good day.

Speaking to the suggestion of Joe_Ligambi, well, Joe is a good man, and once he has achieved rank, he'll be welcome with open arms.  But for now, BillyMastrosimone, you're the one that'll be taking part.
