It had felt like ages since Billy Mastrosimone set up his own headquarters in Pasadena. A mutlitude of things had happened since then, leaders of the streets had come and gone. Godfathers had come and gone. Members of his own crew had come and gone. In essence, life seemed to continue to happen around him and his crew. The inevitable march of progress would continue onward regardless of anything that any person wanted, no matter how strong they were.

It was with that knoweldge, and experence, that Billy handed a set of keys over to Dynamite. 

"I've never done this before my friend. Don't make me regret it yeah?" He asked the other man quietly. "That's not to say you haven't earned it. Despite what others might say or think, you certainly have. Don't let anyone fool you into believing that you haven't earned the accolades. Now just do you best to avoid earning the ire." He shrugged then and handed over a small cigar box, emblazoned with a crimson "M" on the ribbon.

"Congratulations. Don't know if you smoke, but I suspect even if you don't you'll find good use for these." He started back toward his own car then, and as Frank opened his read door for him he turned to Dynamite again.

"You know the way back to the old HQ if you need me right?"

After receiving a response in the affirmative Billy nodded himself and got into his car. He was not a parent, and quite honestly he was not a very good friend to anyone either. In the moments where Dynamite's silhouette faded into the distance he could only hope that the other man would be better than he was.

"Frank, we gotta let everyone know. Send word to all the families."

Dynamite has the permission and support of Billy Mastrosimone to set up his own crew in Pasadena Los Angeles, starting today.

Epiphany arrives with a bouquet of flowers for the newly crowned Dynamite-

Epiphany hands Dynamite- the flowers with a smile 

Dynamite returns after setting up and thanks BillyMastrosimone. He reaches out for a handshake, one that signifies the strengthened family bond.

"Thank you for the blessing and the exquisite cigar box," he said to Billy. "I do enjoy cigars as my daily vice and do plan on using this."

He turns to the greeting from LuncheonEpiphany who handed him a beautiful medley of flowers with a wonderful smile.

"Thank you so much," he said to her. "These are going to be placed in our new home right at the entrance. I'll have to go by and visit up there in Chicago sometime."

He nodded at her, headed toward his car and drove back to the new HQ.
