Once again, I am here to discuss this weekend's upcoming events in Chicago. Misunderstandings regarding this contest are unacceptable, given the vast amount of time that it has been discussed in this public forum, with multiple opportunities provided for questions to be asked. If you are planning on participating in this contest, please read this speech, and the other related ones, very carefully. Men or women interested in entering this contest must submit their names to me no later than Thursday at 22:00. No late entrants will be admitted. Starting at 16:00 on Friday, you will be able to purchase your HQ in Chicago. At 16:00 on Monday, the contest will be concluded. You will be allowed to have a crew of no more than ten members. However, the only member that is permitted to buy out of an existing family and join you is your RHM. All other members must be new recruits. I repeat: Other than your RHM, you may not recruit from existing crews. Once you've purchased your headquarters in Chicago, you and all the members of your crew must remain there until the contest has concluded. As previously mentioned, each leader must also produce their own thread, explaining who they are and what they are offering the city of Chicago and the larger world. After the creation of each participant's thread, the men and women of Chicago will decide amongst themselves who the head of Chicago will be. Again, I cannot stress strongly enough that this is not a shooting competition. If a participant attempts to kill everyone else involved for the single reason of reaching the top, then they will be removed from the competition. You will need more than just a good gun to win. Please feel free to present any questions at this time. Appears in his sexy slanty suit Good Luck to all of those who partake in this opportunity. Personally, i hope that it doesn't turn into an enormous blood bath. I hope that The Windy City will be home to diplomatic leaders no blood thirsty killers. However, if you can be both at the same time, i commend you. |
