From the start of this life and many others I have wondered why people squabble and fight. Some of us here are bless with greatness others of us are just born to lug the load around for others. Those I feel that whine, (you know who you are) are here just for that purpose...to whine. Others here are great speakers (Of which I am not) They speak words that talk of glory and greatness but alais only a few of us make it to that level. Other strive for greatness and look good in doing it then the power corrupts. Still more of us strive and never make it "SO here is to us the worker BEES" I say "WELL DONE LADIES AND LADS" |

My point exactly sir: Maybe it is time for the CL to start being more vocal on the streets about how hard it would be to get where they are if it was not for the help of the little people in their family. I would at least say something about it. Rather than to lay down rules and rederic to poeple they don't even control lets hear more from the bosses on how good their people are doing for them. |

Well Brittney, you say that you don't want leaders to "lay down rules and rederic to poeple they don't even control". Wouldn't then telling the same people they don't even control about how it would be hard for them to do well in their endeavors without these "little people" be the same thing, only on the flip side of things? If anything, the leaders should make their respective families FEEL that they are needed, and that all of their work is appreciated. Words don't mean anything if people aren't able to feel its effects. |

Name: Brittney Rank: Goomba Technically, it is now a Goomba's viewpoint. On the one hand, I do agree with you. Every crewleader who has ever lived has gotten to where they were in large part due to the hard work of their family. Most leaders know this, and care deeply about their families. However, when it comes down to it, by working hard and staying out of trouble, you are doing what is expected of you, and nothing more. That is the bare minimum to stay alive in this world. If you start giving awards and public recognition to every Tom, Dick or Harry who does what is expected of them, then how is the recognition special anymore? Save that kind of thing for the folks who go above and beyond, and excel. |
