Gather 'round, friends and foes alike. Bring your cigarettes, your flasks, your heavy doubts, and open ears. What I’m about to share will sound like fiction—like the musings of a madman—but I assure you, it's as real as the bullet holes in FruityPebbles' suit.

Los Angeles. The City of Angels… or should I say, the city of shadows? For too long, we’ve operated under the assumption that its Godfather, BillyMastrosimone, was the one steering the ship. But peel back the pinstripe curtain and what do we find?

Not a captain at the wheel, but a consigliere pulling strings like a puppeteer with a badge.

"Right. Exactly. Joe_Ligambi calls the shots in LA." —BillyMastrosimone

Let that sink in. The Right Hand Man of a lesser crew leader is the true ruler of LA. The so-called Godfather admits it—“Joe_Ligambi calls the shots.” Not him. Not Riina, his own consig. Not any Capo. But the RH of someone beneath him on the organisational chart.

“Why would I ask a RH Joe_Ligambi?” —CaptainCrunch
“That would be a question for Riina or Joe_Ligambi… I do not know much of anything these days.” —BillyMastrosimone

So the don of dons, the one whose name is supposed to bring order and finality, now defers to a Right Hand and shrugs like a lost bartender. Tell me, is that the kind of leadership you want at the top of the food chain?

"Last I looked you are the GF and he is on your crew. The buck stops here."

And yet… the buck has been passed. Like a hot potato laced with dynamite.

Now let’s talk about accountability. A rogue killer—Ranger—strikes and Riina from inside Billy’s own house goes rogue killing the LH Fruity ...of the Clemente crew. I ask for answers, and what do I get?

"If anything you should have said nothing to me."
"It’s not a rogue if it’s supported by the person who runs the city."

So not only is the Godfather claiming ignorance, he’s excusing the rogue action because the real power—Joe_Ligambi—okayed it. That’s not governance. That’s abdication. That’s a paper crown melting in the rain. (Lgiambi was not even to be seen) 

You can dress this up in tradition, call it politics, even slap a suit on it—but we all know what this is.

"So what you're telling me is anyone from your crew can go kill and it's alright? Got it loud and clear."

This isn't just a power vacuum—it’s a farce wrapped in velvet, a charade that spits in the face of order and legacy. And if you think this is just sour milk from the Cap’n, think again. I’m not the only one asking these questions—I’m just the first willing to shout them on the streets.

So I ask you: What does it mean to wear the title Godfather if you can’t answer for your own crew? If a RH from a smaller operation calls the shots, then who the hell is really in charge?

Billy puts his cigar into the hand of one of his bodyguards before he steps forward toward the self-named captain.

"For clarification, you would be fine, based solely upon my current title, if I had simply said to you that I told my consigliere to shoot Fruitypebbles becuase I had a terrible experience with that cereal once, and the trauma was too much to bear? As the Godfather in the City of Angels I should be able to simply make that call unquestioned and it would have been perfectly ok?"

He waves a dismissive hand.

"That's of course disregarding anything and everything that was taken out of context in your rant a moment ago. But to further clarify. Your issue here is that someone other than the person with the greatest title is making decisions? But if that's the case, then shouldn't you go to that person to resolve your inquiry? Or do you realize that you will get nowhere because Fruitypebbles happened to be in the same crew as that person and therefore they knew far more about FP than I did, and so are the better person to make that call to begin with?"

He took his cigar back and placed it in the corner of his mouth.

"Just asking to help me clarify my confusion as my brain is addled from the paper melting on my head here."

You'll get no justice here. I will reiterate though that CaptainCrunch clearly doesn't understand organizational structure within the world of cose nostra.

I was completely googly eyed after I heard the totally inept man Joe wants to preach how this world operates. Yet he cannot present himself as the so called big wig he professes to be properly. Something about Out Of Country. He was scolded for his reprehensible behavior and what does he do?

Organizational structure my ass. How long did it take for you to come up with that one? Also why are you so certain justice will not take place?

Let's talk about that organizational structure you spew. You are a useless RH and you were nowhere to be found amongst quite a few others in LA. I know for a fact Riina took it upon himself to shoot me. You see Riina was crying the other day out in the main highway. And I will get to that when I am out of the country. 

Now beings I know this much and regardless of your bullshit Billy is the top of the organization in LA. And the buck does stop there.
