The Executive Branch, the finest and most well disguised Mafia organisation today. Unofficially. No quoting on that please.
All businesses have aims, goals and targets when they start up, but to keep it simple, the aim for every business's first year is generally the same. Survive. Why should we be any different? We're an efficiently ran organisation with long term goals, one of the key ones being profit. We all love making money, but as businessmen, it is our job to control the flow of money, keep it coming in and keep the worker efficiency to a maximum.
A hindrance of most workers is, of course, being dead. I'm all for preventing the death of workers as it is "bad for business." Key quote. Write that one down. I intend on keeping my members alive, but that's a given, it's how I intend on keeping them alive that will shock and astound some of you. Remember the codes we were all taught by our parents when we were just children? Honour. Omerta. I shouldn't have to remind you. However, I will give my members something to live for. As if a bullet to the head isn't enough of a deterrence anyway, there will be plenty of opportunities in The Executive Branch. Promotion opportunities, one might say. Bearing in mind you are battling amongst your peers in a daily battle to impress the leaders.
So, impress me. Street speaking, get to it. Helping out in my HQ, get to it. I will be instilling these values into every one of my members. You don't have to do all of them to impress, you just need to do the right ones. A new generation of unspoilt, hard-working Mafioso. We all have dreams, maybe this one could be fulfilled. Maybe not. It's going to be my ambition as a leader to get as damned close to it as I can.
Aims for the city? Something that will be pondered upon by the leaders of Chicago at the end of this, I assure you. Whether it be over my grave, or over my poker chips on a night out, it will be discussed. My suggestions will remain relatively unoriginal, active business district (we are Executives after all) and an active city will be two main starting points. Too long has Chicago remained quiet. The windy city will have voices returned to it, and the stage that was once the home of many a great leader will be restored.
So, all in all, I give to you: The Executive Branch. |
