This will definitely be an easy tool to bloodline/purge.  

Is there a way to make it that if you have someone on ignore that if a CL mass mails a mail from said person that it also cant go through to person. Perhaps this isnt clear so I will try to give an example. 

Person A, has Person B on ignore. They send a mail or mass mail using their position or crew leaders position to send out a mail. Currently it gets sent because its through a 3rd party. Can we close the loophole for 3rd party to be able to send those mails? Or make it an evasion of the ignore rule that can be reported since clearly there would be a reason for Person A not to have direct or indirect communication with Person B. 

Why is the ignore all future characters permanent? Is the idea that I could eventually figure out an incog person through an extensive process of elimination?

I don't think this change ever went live or only partially went live. I can not see any option to Ignore all future characters.
