A black limo pulls up to the streets and out steps Emma. Accompanied by two guards, she makes her way to the podium. With a smile, she scans the small gathering crowd.

My dear boss Chris wanted to be here today, but with all the recent changes, he is a busy man. He is back home settling our new HQ, making plans for the city, and of course ironing his lovely blue vest.

The topic of big changes is what bring me here today. As you have heard, Mr. Flannery has been given the approval to move to Chicago. It is a sad day, leaving behind the home we know and love, and the families of New Orleans who have been so great to us. But it is a wonderful opportunity for us, a city of our own to rebuild and help grow into something great.

As far as the city of Chicago, we will work with Skorpeon in creating plans for our new city, and making it a great place to visit once again. We will work on improving the business district, helping it to grow and flourish. We hope to also work with the current leaders in making our community an even better place.

Chris and I also want to thank Stamina for giving this opportunity. It has been a pleasure working with you, and we appreciate all you have done for us. We also want to thank Civ for giving us a place in your family, and helping us grow into the mafioso we are today. We wish the best to everyone in New Orleans, and cant express enough how grateful we are for everything.

I appreciate everyone taking the time to listen to my speech today. I want to welcome you all to stop by and visit us in Chicago any time.

Emma flashes a smile and steps off the podium, heading back to her limo.

*Catches Emma before she makes it back to the limo*

"Congrats to you all. I remember watching you guys when I was younger in our old HQ. You guys are great people. This is for your new HQ."

*He hands her a bottle of Stodarts Scotch.*

"I'll have a couple of cases sent over later"

Its been a pleasure working with you Chris and im real happy to see you get this opportunity, im sure you will grasp it with both hands.

I look forward to helping you build the city of Chicago back up to its former glory, one more thing though boss i want one of them vests i heard they are very sort after around these parts.

It's been an honour to work for Mr Flannery and Stamina but now it's time to turn Chicago in what it used to be.

Congrats to you Chris!!! Good to see Stamina send out such a great hard working family out the Chicago. I am truly excited and delighted to see you take on head of Chi-town brother, a toast to ya!!'

Today is a great day for Chicago. Today it slowly rebuilds and I have no doubt that with the help of Skorpean Chicago can once again shine.

Chris congratulations my brother. Its not everyday that someone gets tapped on the shoulder by a godfather and given their trust to venture out on their own.

Now with that said, I must take leave. I think I just saw a lady with a purse ripe for the taking.

Chris haveing found some free time makes his way to 151 bourbon street a place where the windy city meets the big easy a place where The Bourbon Street Brawlers call home now he smiles at Emma, Thinking to himself that he will have to take her out danceing sometime she had done alot of work for him lately, Though she drew the line at ironing his blue vest Saying somthing about being a Right hand not a house wife give the women the right to vote and look what happens.

Chris sighed and approached his Right Hand Woman And Embraced her looking towards the gathered people there and running his hand over his neatly ironed vest he speaks.

Thank you Emma for taking the Time out to Tell these people about our Plans for the Windy City, New Orleans has been our home A place that has been good to us but now we are in Chicago and it was a given that we would set up shop at 151 Bourbon Street where we would feel right at home. To my crew i thank you all you have all been wonderfull Stamina i thank you again for this oppurtunity and Chicago will hopefully again reach the heights it has been accustomed to and in doing so My blue Vest of Destiny will become more legandary that that eye sore of a statue over there. Chris points toward the Statue of Beardus

Chris, I'm very happy to see you getting your own city. It is a great honor to receive such a responsibility and it's also an honor to have been part of your family and see you get this great chance to shine even brighter.

Emma looks up at Chris and smiles, noticing how spectacular he looks in his vest. She wonders if he actually got any work done, or spent the time admiring the vest. She leans up and whispers something about holding him to his word about the night of dancing.

Taking Chris's arm, she looks out at the gathering crowd, giving a friendly wave to a few familiar faces. When she hears the mention of the tailor and a new attire for a certain statue, she playfully rolls her eyes at Chris.

Hot_Lips takes Chris's hand and kisses both his cheeks...

Chris, we have known eachother for a while now and I will say this...I WILL MISS YOU!

Chicago is lucky to have you, Emma and Demonic to rebuild your wonderful city but I can't help but feeling a sense of loss for New Orleans.

I wish you well, my friend! I know Chicago will be a frequent stop in my travels!
