I like the whole thing with stealth and how a person can shoot and not be seen. Although I think there should be something where if you are in your homecity it is harder for someone to stealth you. I mean after all your in your homecity people would know you.

Being in another city I could understand it stealthing your not known.

That would be including shots on your life and your bodyguards.

I like the idea also. This should be an advantage your home city gives you.

Loveee it, makes complete sense. I mean he has a point, if you're walking around your neighborhood and someone takes a shot at you or your BG, chances are one of your homies on the block is going to notice right?

I'm not sure if this already exists but wouldn't the same logic work as an improvement to one's stealthing abilities in their home city? Since it is your home city, you would know the streets better so you'd be better at sneaking in and out of places unseen.

Love the idea, it only makes sense and of course its more of an incentive to be in your home city.

Love it! Why not add to it, a credit bribe option that makes you less visible unless you shoot. Would make crimes easier, pping less visible, and drug deals less likely to fail?
